Customer service is terrible - I called and left voicemails multiple times to try and schedule an appointment. Finally received text instructions. The booking process itself was not simple, and I guess I accidentally booked a service instead of a consultation like I intended to. Had the appointment for over a week, had already received several reminders emails and texts from the business and made other plans around the appointment, then morning-of, received an email that just said "appointment cancelled. Consultation required as stated on our website." I replied to the email that I was intending to book a consultation and to please honor the appointment time. No response. I was really surprised at the abrupt and impersonal communication, especially in a customer facing industry. The focus on making clients follow all the technicalities correctly instead of helping clients book appointments here reminded me of something like the DMV, not a beauty service.
