This is the place! I am someone who is a little skeptical about any kind of injections and potential side effects but after seeing Lucy for my botox, I would not trust anyone else. She is so diligent about her placement and takes genuine time with each step. She clearly listened to what I wanted to have done and made me feel secure/ confident that she was doing the best for me. I can't wait to go back.

I had such a great experience at Austin Cosmetic Medspa, especially during my facial balancing consultation with Lucy. She was incredibly informative, patient, and easy to talk to. Lucy took the time to really explain facial balancing, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood my options without ever feeling rushed or pressured. She has such a friendly, calming presence and clearly knows her craft. I left feeling educated, confident, and excited about my treatment plan. Highly recommend booking with Lucy if you’re considering facial balancing!

Absolutely love Dr. Fisher and all of her staff! I had a cosmetic surgery done over the summer and have always had not only the best service from all of her nurses (especially Hawna!), but am also utilizing her weight loss clinic and really appreciate all of the incredible advice and support I've received since I started. I couldn't recommend this medspa enough and will continue to utilize all of the services they offer!

These appointments can be so nerve racking and scary but Lucy Lancaster is the best injector in Austin!! I have lived here for a while and I will never go to anyone else again… 10/10 recommend.
