This is the place! I am someone who is a little skeptical about any kind of injections and potential side effects but after seeing Lucy for my botox, I would not trust anyone else. She is so diligent about her placement and takes genuine time with each step. She clearly listened to what I wanted to have done and made me feel secure/ confident that she was doing the best for me. I can't wait to go back.

I had such a great experience at Austin Cosmetic Medspa, especially during my facial balancing consultation with Lucy. She was incredibly informative, patient, and easy to talk to. Lucy took the time to really explain facial balancing, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood my options without ever feeling rushed or pressured. She has such a friendly, calming presence and clearly knows her craft. I left feeling educated, confident, and excited about my treatment plan. Highly recommend booking with Lucy if you’re considering facial balancing!

Absolutely love Dr. Fisher and all of her staff! I had a cosmetic surgery done over the summer and have always had not only the best service from all of her nurses (especially Hawna!), but am also utilizing her weight loss clinic and really appreciate all of the incredible advice and support I've received since I started. I couldn't recommend this medspa enough and will continue to utilize all of the services they offer!

Truly a wonderful experience from booking with Westin to treatment with Jeremy. Jeremy took the time to walk me through ALL my options (I had a million questions), I already booked my next appointment! Beautiful office and beautiful professional staff ♥️.

These appointments can be so nerve racking and scary but Lucy Lancaster is the best injector in Austin!! I have lived here for a while and I will never go to anyone else again… 10/10 recommend.

I have been going to Austin Cosmetic MedSpa since 2021. They always do great work. The atmosphere is light, bright and modern. Lucy prescribes me exactly what I need to age with grace and take preventative measures in regards to sun damage etc. She honors my desire to look natural but fresh, keeping my health at the forefront of every treatment. I fully trust her with my money maker! Is there anything more important?! I give them a 10/10

Lucy is spectacular!! She took her time to go over my treatment plan, I never felt judged and she made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. My results after just one treatment is astonishing. My fine lines and overall skin is smooth and glowing! She genuinely wants you to get the results you are seeking. Everyone in the office is welcoming and so nice. Westin is a gem of a human and went above and beyond to inform me of any specials and rebates they had going on or coming up so I could get the best deals for my future bookings. I can’t wait to come back and continue my skin journey here.

Everyone was so welcoming. I had a BBL laser done, and the providers made sure that I understood every step of the procedure. I felt like they truly cared about my results and satisfaction.

Dr. Fisher and her NP Hawna are amazing! Upbeat, friendly, and professional. I am so happy with my results of my breast reduction as I am now able to wear more variety of shirts. I am 4 months post-op and my scars are healing beautifully with laser treatments and some other recommendations.
