Dr. Michelle is an outstanding doctor, knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. From start to finish, I felt safe and confident in her care. Roshana did my initial consultation and was so kind, informative, and patient with all my questions. She helped set the tone for such a positive experience, and I’m truly grateful for how smoothly everything went. Today is just my first day post-op after having upper blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty, and I already feel great, like I’m back to my normal self. I can already tell I’m on the path to a smooth and easy recovery. Dr. Michelle and her entire staff made me feel so well cared for. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. I can’t thank you all enough for the amazing job you did.

Five star experience! I went in for a lower blepharoplasty, deviated septum repair, and skin/tissue healing. Dr Prock and her team took care of me the whole way. They're good; they have a heart. They heard my concerns and fears and made adjusts so that I got the most out of my treatment. All my life even as a kid I've had to live with bagging eyes and could only fantasize not having it. I was finally able to pursue this dream with Lakeway Cosmetics. I just recently had my procedures as of writing this review, so I"m still healing but so far the results are coming in. They're rates are also extremely affordable. Patient Sirius here!

From my very first phone call to my in-person visits, the staff have been incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The office is spotless, professional, and truly welcoming. My surgeon, Dr. Prock, made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She eased all of my worries and has continued to check on my healing progress, which has meant so much to me. Her work is absolutely phenomenal and has exceeded my expectations. The pre- and post-operative instructions I received were crystal clear, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I am truly grateful to have been cared for by such a wonderful team. I get so many double takes now and all my friends are jealous lol. My Grindr activity has skyrocketed and I can definitely feel the “pretty privilege” in full gear. I started a new job and have def been getting preferential treatment due to my new look. The jaw wrap procedure done at Dr. Cabret’s recommendation was GAME CHANGING. Both Drs are extremely professional, knowledge and friendly. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. I will be a lifelong customer, 110%!

Love love this place! The girls are spot on with recommendations and they are very attentive throughout the whole process. Michelle and her team host informational happy hours to discuss product and services. The facials are amazing and comfortable music and atmosphere. I had diastases and with surgery and the strength and conditioning exercises it was a perfect mommy transition. The facials help with toning and lifting because I have yet to get injections, the self care naturally is a perfect alternative.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Dr Cabret and Dr Prock are the kindest, warmest women, truly artists in their field! I recently had an upper and lower bleph with a CO2 laser skin treatment. It’s been 10 days and my fat bags under my eyes are completely gone and my skin is radiant! Yes there are many places in Austin you could choose to have plastic surgery procedures done, but I doubt you will find the level of care and expertise than in this all woman facility. Everyone knows your name, you are greeted as if you were a true friend. The consultation involved both of the doctors and a nurse practitioner. It was amazing. If you haven’t taken that big step to get the work done that you’ve always wanted, give Austin Cosmetic surgery a call to sit down and talk. There was absolutely no pressure, no pitch, just honest caring talk. Ok that’s my review! 10 stars !
