From my very first phone call to my in-person visits, the staff have been incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The office is spotless, professional, and truly welcoming. My surgeon, Dr. Prock, made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She eased all of my worries and has continued to check on my healing progress, which has meant so much to me. Her work is absolutely phenomenal and has exceeded my expectations. The pre- and post-operative instructions I received were crystal clear, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I am truly grateful to have been cared for by such a wonderful team.
