Awesome experience at the new location with Marcella! Very clean, friendly knowledgeable experience definitely would recommend this location!

Please steer clear. I did a spin at founders day in dripping springs and won a $50 gift card that I should’ve just let go unused. It was pretty easy to schedule an appointment, went in and it seems to be clean. They seemed extremely slow and they were nice upon arrival. I sat for a moment while they chatted at the desk and then Christine took me back. She asked what was looking to get done and I explained and showed her that I wanted the area between my eyes (scrunched/angry look) to be gone and I typically get 20 units of botox. She insisted that I should add 10 more units to soften up my forehead. I told her that the 20 units at my previous place (Skinspirit) uses 20 and does it all. She said that no way and needed 30. I just said sure and we got to it. She cleaned my forehead and had me make expressions to ensure she saw where she needed to treat. Poke, poke, poke and done! I went out and went to the checkout. The gentleman working helped get me squared away. I did ask for my receipt and he said that he would email it….NEVER received it. They had no one but me in salon, and a man walked in while I was walking out but it seemed to be such a rushed process. Especially once I didn’t seem interested in their monthly $139 program. A week later and the botox has settled. My forehead is good to go, but the ONE area that I requested to be treated IS NOT. I noticed this days before the week came up but wanted to give it time. I called and was told that I had to not got the dosing right and need more. WHAT A JOKE! I was told that they could get me in today but I needed to pay for the units for the only spot I asked to be treated. He continued to say that I must’ve needed more and ultimately trying to blame me. He kept offering the 4:45 time and I told him that I would not be coming in to pay for something that I specifically asked to be treated for on my first appointment and it was the esthetician error. Please all STEER CLEAR and go to Skinspirit in downtown Austin and book Cece Davis! This was an expensive ($320) lesson and I will NEVER be back to this spa.

I had such a wonderful experience at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center in Dripping Springs. I was greeted with kindness and champagne by Jagger when I arrived and had an amazing experience with Heather getting my botox treatment. It was my first time getting botox and she thoroughly answered all of my questions and eased my nerves. It was an easy and pain-free experience. I’ll definitely be back for more!

I’ve frequent both dripping Springs and Beacave locations and the staff is absolutely wonderful. The receptionist are patient and detail oriented at the front desk and I’ve had a couple of situations where I had to cancel my club membership( regrettably) You made it so uncomplicated , the staff was very understanding and willing to work with me . I’ve been in Customer Service industry for over 40 years, and it means the world to me because it’s hard to find these days! So, thank you for meeting all of my expectations, and more!

I had an excellent experience today at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center in Dripping Springs. The front staff is very welcoming and friendly. My experience with Christine Joseph was phenomenal. She listened to what I was trying to achieve and produced the most amazing results I’ve ever had on me. Christine is kind and very skilled at what she does. Highly recommend this office for any of your beauty needs. The B12 shot gave me so much more energy as well. The drive from Austin is worth it!

It was my first visit to this med spa, and I had Botox done with Marcela. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and gentle throughout the treatment.

I talked to a front desk representative in March. She gave me a quote for the laser hair removal to cover full arms, under arms, half legs (with offer). I said I ll make a decision based on her quote and call back to schedule an appointment. I later called back and was answered by a different representative named Maya. She gave me a different quote and said that the earlier quote was a mistake and the earlier representative misunderstood between the medium and large areas but she ll honor the earlier quote since it was a mistake from their end. I went ahead and asked her to schedule an appointment at the Cedar Park location. I received confirmation email, but with no mention of areas being covered. Today when I am here for the appointment, they did not stick to what was promised. They did not cover all the areas mentioned. I would not have made the purchase if the person had not promised to honor the earlier quote. And Full arms don't include knuckles apparently.

Jenn is the best!!! She is very thorough with facials and detail oriented! Truly a relaxing experience 😌

Went for Botox and Marissa is amazing and very kind I ended up joined for the membership which is a wonderful price point for service you can choose from each month , all staff members is always so welcoming and kind , They always answered my questions and heard any concerns I had. I definitely say I can’t wait for my next month service of the hydra facial, I heard wonderful things about it, go sign up for a membership immediately .

I originally joined for the membership which was at a phenomenal price point. I love that I could try all the different options and not break the bank. The staff is always so welcoming and knowledgeable. They always answered my questions and heard any concerns I had. My favorite service is definitely the hydra facial, it’s so relaxing and gives a great glow. You won’t be disappointed in investing in your self care.
