Worst experience of my life :( I’ve been going to Elements Laser Spa for almost 2 years, completing 14–20 sessions. I used to travel 45 minutes each way for every appointment because I trusted their services. In total, I’ve spent around $2,000 USD on treatments here. That trust has been completely broken. I’ve experienced multiple laser burns during treatments. A previous burn took months to fade and is still visible. Most recently, I was severely burned in multiple areas, and this time the damage is far worse. I’ve been badly scarred, with around 50 black spots, each about half an inch to one inch in size. The marks are very visible and may be permanent. This is not just a cosmetic issue—it has affected me physically and emotionally in ways I can’t express. I’ll never be able to confidently wear sleeveless clothes again. The technicians are always in a rush, juggling too many clients. They don’t take the time to properly check or adjust the laser settings, which is exactly how these burns happened. When I brought it up, they applied exosomes and blamed it on a possible reaction to the cryogen in their equipment — an excuse that made no sense and clearly avoided taking responsibility. I also sent a detailed email to the owner (Paul) of the spa explaining the severity of the damage, but no one responded. That silence says everything about how they treat loyal clients once something goes wrong. After investing so much time, money, and trust, I feel deeply let down and scarred—literally and emotionally. Please be cautious. No one should have to go through this. Update Oct 2025 - it has been almost 7 months now and I still have the black spots. Please stay away if you want to save your skin.

Book with Shelby! She is the best laser technician. She’s so thorough and I’ve seen great results. I’ve only had a handful of treatments and I just went on a 2 week vacation and didn’t even have to pack my razor. Incredible!

Walked into an empty reception area with a Palestine flag. I personally would rather get my laser hair removal without politics. 15 mins into my appointment time, still not a soul has come out to check me in or even show sign of life at the office. I remember getting lasered here a few years ago with no results and swearing to never go back but decided to try again since I live so close. Turns out I was yet again wasting my time. Walked out and no one even noticed. The spa also smelled of mold and was outdated.

I have to brag on Elements Laser Spa! What an amazing experience. Hillary is the sweetest, friendliest and most skilled tech there is. She made me feel so comfortable and explained all the cool services the spa offers. Her experience shows. Also, I love all the deals they have monthly so I am able to try new services I've never tried. I have just booked 2 more appointments for other amazing services they offer. So lucky I found this place. Customer for life.

I’ve been coming here for at least 15 years since the old location off of 6th and San Jacinto. Hillary is always amazing! She’s very thorough and gets the job done. I feel like the laser here is better than some other places. I’ve noticed better results overall with less treatments. The owner Paul is also amazing! Thanks for always taking care of me and my laser needs!

No question - Hillary is outstanding. I got a three pack ipl lasers and her level of service is unparalleled to anyone in the industry. Not only is she super knowledgeable, She is detailed oriented, goes above and beyond and ensures that I look and feel amazing when I walk out of there. She’s so generous with her time and I’m so delighted to have found her.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I showed up for my service and the door was locked. Someone was in the building they left when I was at the front door. I've called the owner, both locations. no responses. I reached out to my my esthetician directly and she left the company two weeks ago. No one called and I did get my reminder of my appointment, I showed up...just to be stood up. Shameful.

I had my first treatment today and I was so nervous because I’ve never done laser hair removal. Thanks to Carly my technician my experience was amazing. From the time I first called to discuss treatment Carly has been my go to person. She is full of experience, knowledge, professional, and respectful. I love her personality and how personable she is. The environment is positive, clean and gives comfort and home like vibes. My treatment was painless and quick. Thank you Carly for your amazing service and I definitely recommend Elements Spa in Austin for all your hair removal needs.

Shelby is the BEST! I’ve been coming to Shelby for a few months for laser hair removal. Not only is she super knowledgeable and does a fantastic job, but she’s also just great to chat with! Very happy with how my hair removal turned out.

I got a Groupon for this service . It was easy to book appt and the guy who helped me book was very funny and nice. Hillary the technician that did the IPL is very sweet and explained the process very well.
