I had one procedure, and then I had a side effect: the filler didn't fit properly. I wrote to the owner, but no one responded. But after I asked for a refund, it turned out they'd seen my messages and simply didn't respond. Totally unprofessional. I believe if a client has questions or concerns about a procedure, you should at least respond and offer some advice. I got the impression that if it didn't work out, so be it, they didn't see it. Be more careful.

I've been seeing Dr. Diana for four years now, and I want to highlight her professionalism, her sound judgment, and her ability to adapt her approach to ours. I highly recommend her and urge you to trust the concept and processes behind each treatment. Please don't cut corners or go to places offering suspiciously good deals or staffed by unqualified professionals... because beyond a cosmetic procedure, we're also putting our health at risk. I had my Botox and lip fillers done with Dr. Diana; I waited the full 15 days before writing this review so I could form a solid opinion. I’ve undergone many procedures recently at various clinics with different doctors, but I am truly impressed by the quality of Dr. Diana’s work. I sought her out 15 days ago because I had previously received full-face Botox at another clinic—with a different doctor—back on December 28, 2025, yet by February, there was absolutely no trace of it left on my face. So, I got my Botox done with Dr. Diana, and it was the best Botox treatment I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t know exactly how long it will last on my skin, but the results are absolutely perfect. The specific injection points she chose completely transformed the appearance of my wrinkles and neck area; previous treatments I received elsewhere simply hadn't turned out this well. She has definitely won me over as a loyal client. Now, I plan to return for laser treatments and a few additional facial filler injections.

She has very good hands and uses the most advanced equipment for the treatments offered. The receptionist, Carolina, is very professional, friendly and is always willing to help you with appointments. I strongly recommend Dr. Diana.
