I had one procedure, and then I had a side effect: the filler didn't fit properly. I wrote to the owner, but no one responded. But after I asked for a refund, it turned out they'd seen my messages and simply didn't respond. Totally unprofessional. I believe if a client has questions or concerns about a procedure, you should at least respond and offer some advice. I got the impression that if it didn't work out, so be it, they didn't see it. Be more careful.
