Bella Santé Day Spa & Med Spa – Boston Reviews

I originally rated Bella Sante as not up to my expectations, but after coming back on Tuesday, I'm genuinely impressed and I felt important to update my thoughts. After I posted my original review, someone from Bella Santé personally reached out to me. She asked what went wrong, listened to my concerns and feedback, and confidently invited me back because she believed I hadn’t experienced the level of service they’re known for. Just the fact that she took the time to call says a lot about the integrity and pride Bella Sante has. I went back for another massage, and it was great. The quality, attention, and care was noticeable from the moment I walked in. Bella Santé clearly believes in their service and stands behind their reputation. I think this this second experience reflected that. While this isn't the best mind blowing massage I have gotten, I had a great experience and recommend Original review: I got the tension relief massage and it was okay, nothing special. I had higher expectations because of all of the 5-star positive reviews, but it just didn't meet my standards. The staff and massage therapist were most definitely friendly, respectful, and professional. I loved how they were welcoming to everyone. I saw a couple of bugs in the bathroom, they were dead but one was alive. In the wide scope of things, it is a clean facility, but I was surprised to see that it was sub par from my expectations. Also, I had add ons for my massage, and that was completely forgotten during my massage time. I thought that after I had spoken up and mentioned it, I would have received those treatment add ons, but my session ended and I did not. I came for the full experience, and I guess I received that partially. I understand that we make mistakes and forget, but it's just disappointing that you are paying to pamper yourself in a luxurious environment and it isn't meeting expectations.

I’ve been coming to Bella Sante for the last nearly 15 years and have seen a variety of providers in that time. This enthusiastic 5 star review is for Diaa and her hydrafacials! She is a truly compassionate and detail oriented person and my skin is soft and glowing when I leave. Truly, the whole Bella Sante experience is amazing- the waiting area is beautiful and serene, the locker room is clean and well stocked. It’s such a treat to come here!

Wonderful spa experience. I see Alexandra regularly (every other month if not monthly) for facials and micro needling. She's incredible and deeply cares about my experience and my skin. Cannot recommend enough!

My husband and I got hydrafacials from Courtney and Wanda. They were both lovely! It was our first time at Bella Santé and I'm sure we will be going back. My skin feels great. I only booked a 30 minute session but it was still super relaxing. I highly recommend Bella Santé, especially Courtney and Wanda!

Krisztina Mitchell is the best aesthetician I have ever met! She’s professional and incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I always leave feeling I’ve had the best experience and armed with information on how to keep my skin glowing for years to come! A+++

The two girls at the front desk immediately upon entering were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had the pore cleansing facial with Ella, who took great care of me. Ella is one of the best estheticians in Boston, and my skin looks great. I will definitely be coming back to see her.

Would not recommend or come back again. We scheduled a 50 minute massage, and by the time the staff asked questions, got situated etc only got about 38 minutes of massage time. For $180 each (we got two) that’s ridiculous. Steam room was also out of order, which we were not aware of until I went to use it. Definitely not worth the spend for what you get.

Went in today for a 50 min deep tissue massage and unfortunately was left a little disappointed. I have had a many deep tissue massages elsewhere and one here previously, but this missed the mark- just a regular massage and nothing different done on the problem areas I pointed out. It was a great basic massage, but deep tissue it was not. Additionally, last time I was here a while back they were under improvement (construction) to upgrade the facilities. Today I saw that there has been zero change made to the men's changing room and men still do not have access to the steam areas, which are exclusively reserved for women despite services being charged and advertised for the same pricing- without access. Just a good FYI for perspective male patrons looking to extend their spa visit (this should be noted on the website, as many other spas clarify this). Men's room remains the size of a small home bathroom.

I have been seeing Krisztina for the past decade and she is the best medical grade esthetician hands down!! Even having moved abroad, I always make sure to fly back just to see her. Her knowledge and skills when it comes to hydrafacials, dermaplaning, micro needling, and just simply educating you about your skin, diet, supplements and all the latest research is incredible. Shes truly a life saver and has saved my skin countless of times! Couldn’t recommend her and Bella Sante enough!

I see Diaa for the Exosome Facial with Dermaplaning. Every time I leave my skin looks noticeably firmer, supple and hydrated and continues to look amazing for the following weeks. Diaa is very detail oriented and thorough, and always has tips for how to continue to improve my skin condition and quality. On top of it, her bedside manner is exceptional and I always look forward to nurturing experience she provides. Diaa is so skilled and professional, I highly recommend making her part of your investment in yourself, you won't be sorry!
