One of the most unprofessional practices I’ve ever been to. I came for a necessary procedure (not cosmetic), and was repeatedly deprioritized. Appointment was rescheduled 4+ times, and am still waiting for an appointment that should’ve started 40 minutes ago. Do not come here!!

I had a breast reduction procedure done about 4 weeks ago now. Im healing amazing, and even my scars are very seamless and flat I couldn't have been more happy with my results so happy early on the healing process. Dr. Derek Reformat took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions. Him and the NP Christine made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I’ve now recommended having the same procedure to a friend of mine to my doctor. Im so grateful for my decision. Overall a great experience 10/10.

My first surgery I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Anthony Haddad! I recently had my first surgical experience with Dr. Anthony Haddad, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the very beginning pre op through post op - he was incredibly professional, friendly, and reassuring. He made me feel confident and at ease throughout the entire process. The surgery was a success, and I felt well cared for from start to finish. The out come is even better than I could have ever imagined and I’m only 2 weeks out. If I ever need surgery again, I would choose him 1,000 times over. I highly recommend Dr. Haddad without hesitation!

I had a really disappointing and horrible surgery experience with Dr. Brittany Vieria. What was supposed to be a very minor cosmetic cyst removal turned into a prolonged and painful ordeal. Due to what I felt was carelessness and lack of attention, my wound became infected — there was swelling, pus, and bleeding. Her team didn’t respond proactively, nor did they provide clear instructions on how to manage it. I was simply told to wait for it to heal on its own. Under my pcp doctor’s guidance, I went back to request a revision. However, even after the second procedure, the wound became infected again within a week. This made me seriously question whether the infection had been properly drained in the first place. It felt like the wound was just reopened and stitched again, while the underlying issue remained unresolved. After the revision surgery, I had clearly informed her in advance that I would be traveling internationally. Despite that, she casually told me I wouldn’t need antibiotics and that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. What stood out the most to me was her dismissive attitude. I didn’t feel heard or taken seriously throughout this process. At one point I asked what I should do if the wound got infected again during my trip, and instead of offering guidance, her response was simply: “then I will be very surprised.” That response was honestly shocking and unhelpful. As a result, my trip abroad turned into dealing with wound care and infection treatment in another country — something that could and should have been anticipated and prevented. This experience with Dr. Vieira not only ruined my vacation, but also caused significant physical pain and emotional distress. It took me nearly a year to feel comfortable enough to even write this review. I truly hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and looks into both the quality of care and the professionalism involved with Dr Vieria! No patient should have to go through this kind of experience or feel dismissed in the process. No patient should work with her as the first option.

First of all that review that said don’t come here? They lied. This office and the people in it are amazingg. Dr. Brittany Vieira was great. She made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the whole process and I am so so grateful I chose her for my surgery. And Molly?? I love her. She made everything feel smooth from start to finish and is the sweetest person ever. She explained things clearly, answered all my annoying questions, and just made the whole process feel easy. I’m very grateful that she was my coordinator. Overall just really thankful for the Longwood team. And shout out to the anesthesiologist and everyone behind the scenes who come together to change lives. Overall this practice is 10/10 would recommenddd

I can’t say enough positive things about Longwood Plastic Surgery. The entire staff is wonderful, especially Molly, who has been incredible to work with — from scheduling to navigating insurance and patiently answering all of my questions. Everyone is so kind and truly makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr. Viera is one of the most amazing doctors I’ve ever met. Her bedside manner and professionalism and knowledge are exceptional, and she makes you feel completely comfortable and safe — especially when addressing two of my biggest insecurities. She has quite literally changed my life, and I am beyond grateful that I found her. I am forever thankful for this practice and for the professionalism, care, and skill shown every step of the way, from the front desk to the operating room. Thank you all so much!

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! From the lovely front desk, ease of scheduling, getting insurance approval (Tiffany thank you), to the nurses, PAs, and my surgeon Dr. Reformat… I couldn’t have been any happier. 1. I got my initial consult in 2 weeks and my breast reduction surgery within 1.5 months later. I was on a time crunch to get this done and they went above and beyond to fit me in quickly. 2. Dr. Reformat is so personable and reassuring, answering all my questions and did a thorough review of risks and benefits. 3. NP Christine who did my consenting and preop visit was WONDERFUL! She spent so much time with me and made me feel secure about getting the surgery. 4. Julie the PA who assisted in the surgery was lovely as well. 5. Surgery outcome: I’m 1 week post op and the recovery from day 1 was unbelievably smooth. I was down to Advil and Tylenol by day 2 and essentially pain free by day 5. I forgot I had surgery. I had extremely minimal bruising and swelling and 0 oozing even though I was told to expect it. So far, very happy with the result, size and shape. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE.

Dr Refomat and his staff are amazing! From my first appointment to my surgery then my last appointment went perfect. I had a breast reduction which changed me. Dr Reformat made me feel very comfortable and gave me all the information I needed. I want to thank his PA, Stephanie who was always there to help me and so kind. My only regret is I didn’t have the surgery years ago. You will never be disappointed with Longwood Plastic Surgery. I can’t thank them enough. Susan

I highly recommend Dr Reformat! Very professional, patient and listens to your concerns and meets your needs and wants! I am very satisfied with my breast reduction and the scarring omg it is barely noticeable he is literally an artist. All my scars are light and hidden my areola looks beautiful they were very large he got them a lot smaller. Very Minimal raised skin which was addressed and now that’s all gone. You couldn’t even tell I had a breast reduction. He had also worked on a cyst I had and did a great job! Every surgery I’ve had with him was a success. His assistant is also wonderful!!! I couldn’t imagine choosing a different Dr. I have many friends that have gone to him and are also very happy with their results!

I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I had to follow up to received my quote after it was promised by Molly at a certain time. Now that it’s time to plan the date, I notice my quote had the wrong doctor’s name on it. I had to do another follow up and unfortunately I received no response. It seems that once payment and visit was done, my follow up questions were no longer a priority. I’ve moved on from them.
