Came in for lip filler and a lip flip. One of the best experiences I've had in a medical space. The office was extremely clean and very professional. I met with a nurse first, who did my intake and pics, she was so lovely! Then the injector did a fabulous job on the procedures, minimal pain, very little swelling and the end result is so natural. I love their membership opportunity, definitely found my place!

I got lip filler for the first time ever with allure during their Valentines day sale. I am in love with the results! Staff was super friendly and talked me through the whole process. I felt comfortable with them and the PA made sure she gave me the results I wanted from my filler. I've gotten so many compliments on how it looks. I can gladly say I will book at allure again.

I had such a great experience at Allure Medical! Andrea, Melissa, Kiersten, Taylor, and Megan were all so friendly and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. They took their time and explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire visit. I’m especially happy with the results. It was my first time getting lip filler or anything similar. I was really nervous about the pain and I read some bad reviews but decided to give it a shot because of the promo they have going on. I was not disappointed. Everybody was really sweet and made me feel at ease. Kirsten and the 2 Megans. Lol. I didn’t feel pressure to buy anything additional, just informed. I was in and out within an hour which worked out perfectly for me. They made me feel good about myself :) I got the dental block so couldn’t feel a thing. It was easier than getting a deep cleaning at the dentist. I’m happy with my results so far. Thanks so much ladies :)

I had two appointments, and each one took over three hours due wait times. During both visits, I was repeatedly told that someone would be with me shortly, but this was not the case. It later became clear that there is only one staff member in the office who can perform injections, which was not communicated to me in advance. I should have known better but fell into the trap of false promises. I was told if I purchased the Pretty Eyes package it would take care of all the issues that I didn't even know I had. My appointment was for botox and before I knew it I was talked into other treatments. Come to find out they wouldn't even inject the botox on my first visit. Also, I have not received any of the results that were promised. I am now being asked to return for a third appointment. I definitely feel scammed and embarrassed that I fell for such tactics. Overall, this experience reflects extremely poor business practices, a lack of transparency and a waste of money. Don't fall for it.

You cannot get lip filler any cheaper anywhere else and they do a beautiful job. There is a technique to it and the injector I always have is an artist in her own right.

Saw online they are offering a deal for botox/lip injections so I booked for a 9:15 appt today. I arrived a few minutes early for paperwork and was promptly taken back to a room. Staff was nice, although it felt a bit as if there was some pressure to buy one of their packages before I’d been asked where it was I wanted the botox placed (and we never got that far). I was told it’d be “just a few minutes” when the first girl left the room. 20 minutes later, someone came in to check on me and said the same thing. By 10:15 I’m still sitting there. I went out and told them I couldn’t wait much longer as I had children to go pick up. A few minutes later, someone came in and said it’d be 15-20 more minutes. I couldn’t wait any longer and left. As someone who works in customer service and with the public, I understand that things can get backed up, but to keep saying only 5-10 more minutes and then I was there for over an hour (and it was gonna be another 15-20 before they even started at that point, according to them) is absurd. It was clear it’s about getting as many people in as possible, not scheduling only what they can handle. Please do better.

I can’t say enough about my provider Andrea! She handed me a mirror so I could see and imagine what elements of my face she could transform. By explaining the process thoroughly, listening to my concerns, then creating a treatment plan, she made me feel comfortable and at ease with the experience. She is HIGHLY skilled, honest, and focused on achieving natural results without pain or bruising. I’ve waited so long to find a service that included a full facial restoration. Andrea offers the whole package!
