Carol is seriously one of a kind. She somehow makes everything feel easy, even the stuff that normally stresses me out. She listens like she actually cares, remembers all the little details, and somehow keeps everything running smoothly, I’m convinced she has a second brain tucked away somewhere. She’s also super approachable. You can ask a question at the weirdest time of day, and she’ll respond like it’s no big deal. I’ve never felt rushed or like I had to “fit in” with her schedule, which makes the whole experience way less stressful. And honestly, she’s just fun to work with. I never thought I’d laugh during a professional appointment, but somehow she pulls it off it’s like part guidance, part therapy, part comedy show. Bottom line: if you want someone who’s smart, reliable, and genuinely cares about how you’re doing (and can make you chuckle along the way), Carol is your go-to. I’ve recommended her to friends more times than I can count, and they’ve all been thrilled.

Beautiful place, but the injector Carol is an absolute scam artist.I wanted some Sculptra due to dip hips and more fullness at the bottom. She’s offered 6 injections but I knew I needed more due to a previous BBL and weight loss so I paid $10,000 for 18 sculpture injections (9 per side including the bottom of my butt) also I paid CASH which she said she preferred over debit card and wouldn’t take cashier check)-DURING the procedure I asked her when she was going to fill the bottom of the butt like we discussed and she told me she used all of them and did not have enough product left! So now what are you going to do?! I left feeling a little drowsy due to the procedure when I went home, i removed the bandages on both sides and there were only 6 injections, not 9. PER SIDE. Over the next 4 week period I did more research and realized how she took advantage of me I asked her if she could possibly add the extra that she didn’t do since I paid 10,000! She offered me 5 injections for 2,000 acting like that was some sort of deal. I did try to call and speak with a manager, but I was on hold forever and then they send me a text message asking me to log into an app to view a message but I couldnt find out how to actually view the message even after making an account!!! Sketchy and very scammer like behavior. I love Botox,I love getting procedures done and making myself feel better and instead of her looking at me like a potential lifelong client she looked at me like a get rich quick client. It’s sad how SOME of these injectors take advantage and scam you when you go to them asking to help with your insecurities. My best advice is DO YOUR RESEARCH there are people out there who do actually want to help you look and feel better. And Carol IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE and should go into used car sales.

And even better than that she's a master injector, I have never had one issue, and she does a great job of making it as painless as possible. As we all know it takes work to look good lol! I just recently moved to the Chicago area and was in search of a Dysport injector. I came across Chicago Aesthetics and was booked with Tom. What an incredible experience! He took his time to ask what I wanted and to study my features to determine the best course of action for the injections. He listens and is very attentive. In the past, I have encountered several injectors who only inject based on what THEY want, not factoring in the results I like to see. Tom is not like this. He wants his patients to be happy with the results. I have been receiving injections for the past 8 years and have had many injectors. Tom is, by far, one of the best! He is so kind and welcoming, I felt comfortable with him straightaway. Being new to Chicago, he was more than willing to share recommendations on restaurants, etc., and offer guidance on the area, which was a breath of fresh air to feel so welcomed. I feel very fortunate I found him, as he is the only injector I am planning on going to, now that I have relocated. I simply cannot say enough good things about him and his work.
