I’ve been to Dvida Spa three times, and my first two visits were wonderful. I see Olga, and she is truly fantastic — incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and excellent at caring for my skin throughout my CO2 laser journey. After my first Deka CO2 treatment, my skin healed quickly with very little downtime, which speaks to her expertise and care. Unfortunately, my recent experience was highly frustrating due to a front desk miscommunication. I called ahead to ask if it would be safe to move up my Deka C02 appointment from six weeks out to three weeks. I very clearly explained over the phone which treatment I had been receiving. The front desk told me they would check with Olga, put me on hold, and then came back and said it was fine to schedule the earlier appointment. What I later learned was that when they asked Olga, they told her I was asking about a CO2 CoolPeel, which is a much lighter treatment and does not require the same six-week spacing. Because of this mistake, my file was not properly reviewed and the wrong information was relayed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was brought back, numbed, and prepared for treatment. Only then did Olga realize it had only been three weeks since my last fully ablative CO2, and she immediately stopped the process, explaining that it would not be safe to proceed. She was absolutely right to do so. At this point, I had taken the afternoon off work and spent over an hour commuting into the city, only to leave without treatment, without an apology from the front desk, AND with my face numb for the rest of the day. For someone who spends around $1,000 per visit, I expected much better communication and accountability from the business. I will continue to return because Olga is exceptional, but this experience was mishandled and left a genuinely bad taste in my mouth.

Bella was sooooo helpful to my needs. I came in for a second opinion regarding a VI chemical peel I had previously had gotten from another medical spa. I was purging so badly and was worried. Bella helped me understand that this was normal as well as come skin regimens that would help with the concerns of having clear skin.

I went here for a T Shape treatment for cellulite reduction with Taryn and it was amazing! The spa is very clean and gorgeous. All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Taryn really listened to what my concerns were before treating the area and during the treatment she checked in to make sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Danielle is incredible! I told her my goal of what I was hoping for and with filler she gave me a natural and more youthful appearance. She’s so easy to talk to and made the whole experience amazing! I highly recommend.

I had a hydrafacial with Bela and she was amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, and so sweet and kind. Definitely recommend her and this beautiful spa. Thank you for such a relaxing experience.

I had a CO2 DEKA procedure with Olga this past Saturday, and I just want to say that she was absolutely fantastic. As an esthetician, she knows every detail of the procedure and was incredibly professional throughout. She’s very reliable, has a medical background, and just made me feel completely at ease. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about her. The salon itself was also wonderful—every detail is well thought out, and the whole experience was just top-notch. I highly recommend everyone to visit them!

I had a wonderful experience at this spa! Olga was absolutely amazing — she made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. She explained everything clearly, helped calm any fears I had about the procedure, and her professionalism truly put me at ease. The treatment itself went smoothly, and she provided incredibly helpful post-care instructions that made me feel confident about my results. I highly recommend both the spa and Olga. Edit: the manager reached out directly and I was amazed by their willingness to make things right. Thank you! I was left with a severe facial asymmetry after my botox treatment. When I went for my appointment I could tell they were in a rush but since it was just a small treatment and I had had it done many times before (other medspa) I didn't think much of it. They did offer to have a follow up but I decided not to go back as I don't want to do more botox to *maybe* correct this.

I have lived in numerous cities from San Francisco to Washington DC and tried many spas across the years. I am so happy with all the services provided by Dvida in Chicago! This spa is my "go-to" for all types of facials, microneedling, and laser treatments. From the professional staff at the front desk to the aestheticians providing the services Dvida provides excellent care! While I typically see Olga, Veronica, Diana and Luda, I would trust any of them! They listen to your needs and care deeply about your satisfaction with services provided.
