Edit: the manager reached out directly and I was amazed by their willingness to make things right. Thank you! I was left with a severe facial asymmetry after my botox treatment. When I went for my appointment I could tell they were in a rush but since it was just a small treatment and I had had it done many times before (other medspa) I didn't think much of it. They did offer to have a follow up but I decided not to go back as I don't want to do more botox to *maybe* correct this.
