I’m sooo glad I found Elevated by East. From the moment I walked in, the space felt gorgeous, inviting, and calming. I saw Jackie for Botox after my previous injector moved away + I was a bit nervous going to someone new. That disappeared instantly. The moment we met, we were talking and laughing and I felt completely at ease. Jackie was honest, thorough, patient, and had the gentlest touch. During my consult, I shared some concerns about skin texture and she brought Jordan in to answer my questions. At no point did I feel pressured or upsold. Instead, I felt educated, supported, and genuinely cared for. For the first time, I felt like I was receiving real guidance on what would work best for me. I already love my results with Jackie + can't wait to continue trusting the rest of the team as I step into this new chapter of showing up for my skin health.
