I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. I feel like I wasted my money on a lip injection procedure that didn't turn out as expected. The injector initially recommended a full lip injection, but I specifically asked for a half injection since I already had some full lips. Despite my request, she went ahead with the full injection. Two weeks later, I noticed that my lips were uneven, with one side being significantly larger than the other. I sent her a picture, and she told me to send a video instead. She didn't even bother to call or text me herself; instead, she had her manager contact me. The manager suggested that I wait another two months to see if the issue resolves itself. When I followed up, the injector claimed that my lips looked fine and didn't need any further adjustments. This was a major red flag, as she had initially promised to fix any issues that arose after the procedure. I would strongly advise against visiting this place, as the products they use are subpar, and the service is unprofessional.

I received Botox and had a thread lift and couldn’t be happier. The customer service is great, the office is beatific and the work done is immaculate. I can’t wait to go back for more! Truly 10 years younger in 45 minutes!

Anna is AMAZING. I came for lips, but left with lips and sculptra. Anna is very knowledgeable in what she does, and I left feeling and looking better than I ever had before. She explained everything to me very thoroughly, making me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Her prices are reasonable, her work is quick, and the pain is minimal. Come here you will not regret it!

Had my first session with Sandra and she was outstanding. Listened to what I was wanting and gave me amazing results. She is very gentle which made the whole experience amazing. The whole staff was so sweet . Highly recommend and will definitely be back . 👄’s look amazing 🫶🏼

From the moment you walk into the door until the time you leave the customer service is truly amazing. Anna and Yana are the absolutely the best and their quality of work is remarkable. They have made a client for life !!!

The office is clean and sophisticated. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Now let’s get to the injector, Anna the big boss. The Russian beauty knows her stuff. I went in there thinking to get certain things done and thank goddddd I listened to her. She will not over do /sell because she stands by her work. Trust her when she says what’s best. I am posting this review so others can make an informed decision. I went to De Beauty Aesthetics for lip treatment and did not receive the result I was led to expect. The treatment left my lips visibly asymmetrical and crooked. An attempt was later made to dissolve the filler, but it was unsuccessful, and the issue remained unresolved. Despite the injector providing services under this practice, responsibility for the outcome was not taken. Management stated that because the injector was working as a contractor, the practice was not responsible for the result, and that I would need to deal directly with the injector ; even though the treatment was performed under their establishment. In addition to the unresolved treatment issue, I encountered problematic billing practices. I was charged a fee to hold a follow-up appointment. When I was unable to attend, I was then charged an additional amount totaling 50% of the appointment cost. There was no reasonable effort made to work with me on this, despite the circumstances. What was most disappointing was the conduct of the manager during phone communication. The tone was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than addressing the concern or attempting to resolve the situation, the conversation felt adversarial and dismissive. In my experience, there was a substandard treatment, lack of accountability, poor communication, and inflexible billing practices.
