The staff at las Olas med spa were incredible. Such a fast and amazing experience. I went for Botox. Prices are very fair. The staff are knowledgeable. The office is extremely clean. 10/10 Recommend I do not have a bad thing to say about this place!

Dr. Gabriel Palladino and all of the staff at this spa are in my opinion the best in the industry. My mother goes here for anything she needs, my husband and all of my friends.. Dr. Gabriel’s brother also works inside the office and it really does feel like a family business. The care and comfortability of their patients is the top priority and it really shows. No one‘s trying to oversell anything and everyone is so focused on making the customer happy. Once you’ve visited this spa, you will not go anywhere else. Thank you so much to everyone at the office who made our experience a 10 out of 10.

Saw a promotion on Facebook. September 18, 2025 Went into the office. My biggest concern was my forehead and my eyes . I have great skin and i definitely do not show my age. He did my forehead and my eyes. The left side of my face became droopy. I went back a second time and he Gave me a couple of shot it did not fixed it and now my face on the left side has lines that were not there before. the receptionist is rude. I can’t recall her name. She’s short with dark hair. I got a gift card and it wasn’t working. I left my wallet in my car and she basically stated I have to leave some thing with her just in case I don’t come back.. He has made my face worse not worth it at all when I saw him last. He had the audacity to tell me how much Botox cost. I don’t care now I have to go and have it fixed by a real professional. Don’t take any of their flipping promos from Facebook waste of time and I have pictures to prove what I look like before coming to your ridiculous establishment. I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied. First picture was me getting in the month of July. My eyebrows micro bladed and the last picture is today, January 22. in July, I had no freaking laugh lines. I will not recommend you to anyone or your establishment and j know 5000 people I would let those 5000 people know. so that they can tell an additional 5000 people I am very angry. You should’ve been honest and just fixed my eyes and said I cannot do both.

Absolutely love this place! Special shout out to Leandra and the drs who take their time with you, making you feel so welcomed and appreciated as a client. Leandra has the sweetest demeanor about her truly listening to your needs and composing a plan for you to be taken care of long term. She is highly knowledgeable and the entire staff seems to be well versed in their roles. You can tell from the calming environment that this is truly an establishment created with great intentions. Even the front desk staff is incredibly welcoming and kind. Thank you all, love coming here!

I absolutely love this place!!! From the moment you walk in, you will get nothing but excellence. The staff is very welcoming and professional, the service top notch, and the results are amazing. I have not had much luck with Botox in the past (droopy eyelids) until I went to Dr. Gabriel Palladino. He listened to my concerns and was able to achieve the best results I ever had. I also had several HydraFacials at the spa, and Leandra is a skin magician. She is very sweet, extremely knowledgeable, very passionate and makes sure you leave the spa beautiful and confident about your skin. Thank you Dr. Palladino and Leandra.

I’ve been going to Las Olas Med Spa for my laser hair removal treatments in preparation for my wedding, and every visit has been such a great experience! Leandra is absolutely wonderful, she’s super sweet, makes me feel comfortable every time, and is incredibly fast. I’ve already noticed a big difference with less hair growing on my arms, and the results just keep getting better. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for professional and friendly service! 💕

I have to say that after seeing an injector who was inexperienced and did not do a good job with Botox, I decided to make an appointment to go to Las Olas Med Spa and meet with Dr. Gabriel Palladino. Leandra, the laser specialist and med spa team leader, and Dr Gabriel were more than happy to consult with me and help me. They took the time to have me back in for weekly checks and fixed the issues little by little at each visit to ensure the Botox placement and results were the best possible! Most doctors and injectors don’t like to “fix” other people’s mistakes, but Dr Gabriel was so compassionate and kind and I couldn’t say enough about how much he cares! Los Olas Med Spa is hands down the best med spa I’ve ever been to. They truly take their time with you and give the most honest, thoughtful opinions about what you actually need—never pushy, just genuine and knowledgeable. Everyone there is incredibly sweet and welcoming. Judi was my injector and she did an amazing job—I couldn’t be happier with my results. Janae is also amazing and makes the whole experience even better. They offer so many services, and you can really tell they care about quality and their clients. I highly recommend coming here. You will not be disappointed!

I’ve been getting Botox and fillers for over 20 years, and during that time I’ve gone to dermatologists, nurses, and PAs. My search is finally over. The staff and Dr. P are absolutely amazing. You’re treated by an experienced doctor who truly understands facial anatomy. In the past, I had three botched injections from doctors, PAs, and nurses who claimed to be experienced, but it turned out they only had about two years of experience. I even ended up with ‘speed bumps’ under my eyes. What’s even better is that their prices are very reasonable. The doctor’s prices here are the same as what I used to pay for a nurse with only two years of experience. The search is over for me—I’m a customer for life.
