J “Be your own you!” B review for Las Olas Med Spa

Saw a promotion on Facebook. September 18, 2025 Went into the office. My biggest concern was my forehead and my eyes . I have great skin and i definitely do not show my age. He did my forehead and my eyes. The left side of my face became droopy. I went back a second time and he Gave me a couple of shot it did not fixed it and now my face on the left side has lines that were not there before. the receptionist is rude. I can’t recall her name. She’s short with dark hair. I got a gift card and it wasn’t working. I left my wallet in my car and she basically stated I have to leave some thing with her just in case I don’t come back.. He has made my face worse not worth it at all when I saw him last. He had the audacity to tell me how much Botox cost. I don’t care now I have to go and have it fixed by a real professional. Don’t take any of their flipping promos from Facebook waste of time and I have pictures to prove what I look like before coming to your ridiculous establishment. I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied. First picture was me getting in the month of July. My eyebrows micro bladed and the last picture is today, January 22. in July, I had no freaking laugh lines. I will not recommend you to anyone or your establishment and j know 5000 people I would let those 5000 people know. so that they can tell an additional 5000 people I am very angry. You should’ve been honest and just fixed my eyes and said I cannot do both.
