I can’t say enough about Merry and her staff! She truly is phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve seen Merry for Botox, Dissolving Filler, and an Ultra Laser service. The results speak for themselves! I can’t thank them enough. Both pictures are without filter, left with makeup and right without makeup!

This was my first visit to EMA and I had IPL with Ashley. I will definitely be returning. IPL is my favorite laser treatment but I'd explore other treatments there based on my experience. From the moment I walked into Element Medical Aesthetics, I was welcomed by Ashley and Kailey’s warm, friendly personalities, which instantly put me at ease and made the entire experience feel calm and comfortable. Over the past year, I’ve lost 100 pounds with the help of a GLP-1 medication — an accomplishment I’m incredibly proud of. While I feel so much better in my body, the weight loss changed my face in ways I wasn’t expecting, especially with facial fat loss making my smile lines more prominent. Before booking, I researched multiple medical spas because I wanted someone who truly understood this specific concern. What ultimately confirmed my decision was a post by Ashley referencing a study on facial fat loss in people using GLP-1s. Element — and Ashley — were the only ones addressing this issue directly, and for the first time, I felt truly seen before even stepping inside. From the start, Ashley was attentive, kind, and genuinely engaged. She asked thoughtful questions, reassured me, and was refreshingly honest and straightforward. That meant everything to me, especially after years at another med spa where I often left feeling unheard and uninvolved in my own treatment decisions. After listening to my concerns, Ashley created an initial game plan and walked me through three recommendations, clearly explaining the science and reasoning behind each one. She was knowledgeable, well-spoken, and realistic, and I felt educated, empowered, and completely comfortable moving forward — so much so that I decided to start treatment that same day. It is rare to find people who truly love what they do and are genuinely great at it. Ashley is one of them. She made me feel calm, confident, and supported every step of the way. I already have my second appointment scheduled and a plan to re-evaluate in a few months. I couldn’t be more excited to continue working with her.💛

Merry is the best! I’ve been getting lip filler for 20 years and she gave me the most plump juicy result I’ve ever seen! She is so gorgeous. So sweet, so SMART and well versed and truly takes the the time to explain what would look good on your face. 1000/10!!!

I happened upon Element through an Instagram post and decided to book an appointment — and I am so happy I did. I cannot say enough great things about both the treatments and the welcoming atmosphere. Diane is amazing at the front desk — knowledgeable about all the services and able to create a professional yet relaxed environment from the moment you walk in. Mary was incredible as well. I had Sculptra done and was very nervous going into it, but she walked me through every step of the process and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. The entire staff is so welcoming and genuine. There is absolutely no pressure to pursue unnecessary treatments; instead, they really take the time to look at you as a whole person and help you become the best version of yourself. I've been to a number of other med spas in the tri-state area, and I can unequivocally say this place tops them all! This is officially my new go-to place for all my treatments. Highly, highly recommend!

I would never go anyplace else. The service here is absolutely remarkable. They answer every single question that you have. The prices are very reasonable. They schedule appointments around your schedule, which is absolutely fabulous. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and so kind the second you walk in that door. I really felt like I was a princess!!! You definitely would not be disappointed. Even just sitting in the waiting area while I was waiting for my turn, I could hear others saying how pleased they were with the services that they had received!!!

Love everything about Element! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Ashley did my treatment today —she was professional, smart, and made sure I was completely comfortable during my laser treatment (which can cause slight discomfort) on my décolletage and hands to remove spots. She also explained the aftercare in depth to ensure I get the maximum benefit from the treatment.

Element Medical Aesthetics is truly amazing! I have experienced multiple medical spas in NY and CT over many years and can truly attest that Element is the best of the best. Not only is Merry, the founder, an exceptionally skilled skincare expert but she has surrounded herself with a truly talented team. Diana who runs the office is also amazing and just a true joy at the front end of this beautiful spa! Highly recommend for incredible treatments and a phenomenal experience!

Walking into the place feels like Paradise. From the time you are greeted you feel like this is the place for you. Everyone is positive and friendly. Merry, Ashley, Katelyn and Diana are so well informed on the all the treatments. You feel so at ease there! One of the most professional settings I’ve ever been in!
