I’ve been to over 45 different stylists in the consistent years I’ve been dying my hair, and I’m extremely impressed with Sarah. She took me from 4 years of red to blonde in one sitting, in under two hours for half the price of her competitors. She is absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

This is hands-down my absolute favorite hair salon! I come every week for my blowout with Marsella and others, and it’s always flawless: shiny, bouncy, and lasts all week. Sara’s expertise in color is like an artist at work… my highlights and overall color are always perfectly blended, vibrant. Sara’s cuts are perfect and what I ask for too. The team is so talented, Julie and team are alway friendly and welcoming, and makes every visit feel special. If you want hair that looks and feels amazing, this is the place!

RUINED MY HAIR!! I booked an appointment specifically with "Sara" after doing my homework and reading her glowing reviews. But when I showed up, they told me to go sit with Daniela — no notice, no consent, no explanation. She didn't introduce herself or ask my name, she actually seemed annoyed I existed. The haircut was an absolute train wreck. I brought clear inspiration photos, which she completely ignored. Instead, Daniela hacked away at my fine hair with heavy, random and excessive point cutting. The end result was butchered, choppy layers that I never asked for. The only way to hide the damage was by styling my hair into "waves" — which I rarely do b/c of the heat damage from the curling iron. I walked in with a sleek straight blowout (the way I actually wear my hair) and left with waves I didn’t ask for, just so the flaws wouldn’t be obvious right away. The second I wore it straight again, the disaster was clear. I have never had such a bad haircut and would not recommend this salon whatsoever. Worst salon I've ever visited.

From the moment I walk in, I’m welcomed by Julie at the front desk. I always schedule my appointments with Sara, and she personally comes to greet me and walks me back to her chair. We catch up on everything, from my boys to hers and Julie and I always pick up right where we left off, too. I love getting my hair blow-dried. I’m always asked how I’d like it styled, and the blowout perfectly complements my cut and color. I walk out every time feeling beautiful and refreshed. This is truly my spa treatment. My time to relax and recharge.

I’ve been getting my hair cut and colored by Sara at Greenwich Top Salon for about nine years, and she is truly wonderful. She takes her time with every appointment and consistently does amazing work. My color always looks natural and my cuts grow out beautifully.
