Nataleigh is the best. As a new patient, she was so welcoming and approachable. She is very knowledgeable and created a whole new skin care routine for me right away. We created a plan to solve my pigmentation and acne issues and I can’t wait to see the results!

I cannot recommend Erin Hader highly enough for Botox! She always takes the time to listen to explain the process thoroughly, and makes sure I feel comfortable every step of the way. The results are absolutely amazing — smooth, natural, and refreshed without looking “frozen” or overdone. Her attention to detail, steady hand, and eye for facial balance really sets her apart. Everything about the Antiage Institute is professional and clean and bright. Greeted from the onset with a beautiful, well-lit room and lovely smells, the check in and out process is easy too. Megan and Erin are amazing. They talk you through everything and help make sure you are comfortable. There’s a reason I come back every 3 months (or more!)

I cannot recommend AntiAge Institute enough! Every experience I’ve had there has been exceptional. From booking appointments on the phone to the reception team who always greets me with a smile, everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. I’ve trusted AntiAge with Botox, lip filler, and facials, and I have always felt completely comfortable in their care. Julie and El are the best!!! What stands out most is the level of trust they build with their clients. I never feel pressured, and I always feel listened to, educated, and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a med spa where every interaction feels so positive, but that has consistently been my experience.

While Alexa and Caroline have been wonderful, they are the only consistently positive part of my experience. It’s also worth noting that this business incentivizes 5-star reviews by offering $20 off your next visit in exchange for leaving one. That practice alone makes the overall rating misleading. My consultation and treatment experience with Sita was extremely disappointing. She lacked bedside manner and came across as dismissive and skeptical. I was very clear about what I wanted and did not want and I provided photos of how I wanted my eyes to look. In a proper medical aesthetics consultation, I would expect to be told what is realistically achievable and what specific treatments are required to get there. Based on what was proposed, I proceeded with tox for my crow’s feet and jelly under-eye area. I was told to allow up to 21 days, with visible results expected in 10–14 days. While I did see some improvement in my crow’s feet, there was absolutely no improvement in the jelly under-eye area. At my two-week follow-up, Sita was on vacation and I met with Megan instead. Even she agreed that my under-eye area actually looked worse than before treatment. I was then told that sometimes procedures are essentially trial and error. I did not pay $413 to “test” anything, I paid for professional expertise and results. After speaking with the manager, I was credited the full amount to my account. I was also given sample sunscreen packets for acne-prone skin, despite having dry skin and no history of acne. This further reinforced the lack of personalization and attention to detail. Because of these experiences, I canceled my membership and will use my final facial next week. Unfortunately, it did not end there. I discovered yesterday, 1/23, that I was randomly charged $175 on 1/23, despite not having been in the office since December and already having paid my $175 membership fee on 1/1. When I called, the staff member had no explanation and asked if I wanted the charge credited to my account. That is unacceptable, the charge never should have occurred in the first place. A refund should not be optional. I was told the manager would follow up and I have still not heard back. If they can’t seem to figure out how to refund my money, I’ll simply dispute the charge with Amex and they for sure won’t get their money. At this point, I no longer trust this business, either clinically or financially. I will be returning to my dermatologist in Chicago to have my care handled properly. Based on my experience, I do not trust that this office truly knows what they are doing.

This office of experts is very comprehensives. They offer have a menu of treatments that allows them to write a recipe that is individually crafted to provide solutions and not waste your money on fads. I love everyone in the office. They are kind, welcoming and encouraging.

Highly recommend Antiage Institute for all skincare treatments and procedures! I absolutely love Megan as my nurse injector and Nataleigh for facial treatments. They’re both extremely experienced and work with you to make you feel so comfortable. Love my results every time!

Great experience at the Antiage Institute! The office is beautiful and the staff is very professional and welcoming. Caroline is always so kind and helpful, and Nurse Julie is amazing—very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable while delivering natural-looking results. Highly recommend!
