The machine they use is a very new and advanced version, so the treatment was almost painless and very effective compared to my previous experience at another Med Center. Kimia is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this Spa, everyone there is professional and knowledgeable.

I recently did Botox at Chehr Laser & Medical Spa with Parichehr and honestly I loved my experience. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and has such a gentle touch. She really takes her time to understand what you want and gives very natural, beautiful results — not overdone at all. The staff and the doctor's behavior were very kind, which is the reason I am giving one star. However, after my Botox injection on my forehead, there were still visible wrinkles after two weeks. I returned for a touch-up and received another injection, but after three weeks, it feels like I never had Botox at all and the wrinkles have completely returned. Overall, I was not satisfied with the results and would not recommend this clinic to others
