From the moment I arrived, my experience was excellent. The waiting room was comfortable with soothing music, which immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Applebaum was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this location.

Dr. Applebaum is a great Dermatologist. She answered all of my questions and provided me with a detailed treatment plan. The staff is kind and professional and the office is very clean. I love the aesthetics. I am excited about my future results.

I went here today and saw Dr. Applebaum. I appreciated that they actually took me in within 20 minutes unlike other practices. She talked extremely fast so I could barely understand her. Overall, for something as simple as getting your moles checked, she would be fine. The bigger issue is their front desk. I called six times so far to book an appointment for the laser that the doctor recommended. They do not pick up or call you back. It seems crazy that you cannot get a hold of anyone to even make an appointment. Also, making an appointment is way too complicated. The calls are re-routed from some overseas location to the front desk at Heights. Very frustrating.
