I got a complimentary consultation from Madi whose customer service skills are impeccable. After my consultation with Madi, I decided to get the Hydro Facial Classic Glow and my skin feels smooth and looks glowingly.

The lady who gave me Botox injections was so nice and amazing!! I didn’t feel anything. She was fantastic!!

Always a positive experience visiting Glow! Hilary has been doing my Botox for several years and i am very fond of her!! She does a great job and is very knowledgeable of all the treatment options. I have had several other treatments that i was very happy with as well. All of the front desk ladies have also always been kind, professional, courteous and helpful. I feel very confident in the knowledge, expertise, and advice received from Amy, Hilary and others at Glow!

I am incredibly impressed with the results of my Precision Plus Chemical Peel. Aesthetician Madi was exceptional she provided clear, thorough instructions and managed my expectations perfectly. As someone with sun damage and hyperpigmentation, primarily on my forehead, I was very motivated to follow the protocol meticulously. I took a full week off from my sun-exposed, blue-collar job to ensure I could avoid sunlight, heat, and sweating etc… btw don’t peel it off yourself let it fall off. The commitment to the aftercare, including the prescribed home kit, was absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this treatment and insist on following the rules for the best possible outcome.

I had a wonderful experience at Glow Medical Aesthetics. The young lady who helped me and expertly removed the blemishes from my face was very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and knew just what to do and dd it carefully and it was a wonderful experience.

I’ve been going to Glow for years for various lasers, peels, etc. Recently, I went in to see Dr Amy for lip filler for the first time ever. She is everything you could ever ask for in an injector… license medical professional, 18+ years of experience, patient, calming, communicative. I wanted natural, subtle, beautiful results and that’s exactly what she gave me. Thank you for the best 1st experience, Dr Amy!!

I would choose another spot.. The first person I used for Botox made my eye droop badly- which had never happened before. The second time,I tried a different person who decided to go very light to ensure my eye wouldn’t droop. Unfortunately, there was not much change after paying $350. She asked me what I thought about the outcome and I told her I couldn’t tell much difference (understanding she went light). She became offended, short with me, and was rude. Maybe she was stressed out given she was complaining about the client before me when I arrived. So, if you go there and the outcome isn’t great, please don’t express it. Just say thank you and go elsewhere.

I saw Angie for Botox and it was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. She walked me through every step, made me feel completely comfortable in the chair, and the whole process was quick, easy, and totally painless. I couldn’t recommend her more. I’d send anyone I know to Glow!

RUINED MY BROWS!!! I am beyond devastated by my experience at Glow Med Spa with Linda. I have been painstakingly growing out my eyebrows for a long time, and in one face session, Linda "zapped" the length of my brow, significantly reducing them. What makes this worse was the complete lack of professionalism and honesty during the service: • When I felt the zap and told her she hit my hair, she claimed it was just the spatula used to cover the brow. • I asked for a mirror to see the damage myself. It might not look like a "huge" spot to a stranger, but the shape is compromised and it feels terrible. .The manager came in and was initially incredibly rude, dismissively saying, “I honestly can’t make out the difference.” To have a professional minimize the damage they caused to a client’s face is unacceptable. It took her a while to finally say she’s sorry about what happened. Till then it was about how the hair will grow back, we can’t do anything now. They offered me two free treatments as compensation, but after the way I was treated and the lack of skill shown. Needless to say I am terribly shaken and upset with what has happened and thankful that my brows are on the thicker side - i dread to think if she got the center of my brow how I’d have felt . I can only hope the length of my brows return
