Had my first facial by Brooke S at the MKT location. I cannot say enough amazing things about her and the facial she gave me. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what she does, and it shows in every part of the experience. From start to finish, she made me feel completely comfortable, listened to my concerns, and tailored everything specifically to my skin’s needs. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She took her time, explained what she was doing, and made sure every step was intentional and effective. My skin has never felt this clean, hydrated, or radiant. The glow and results lasted well beyond the appointment, which speaks volumes about her skill and the quality of care she provides. Beyond the results, her professionalism and warm personality made the entire experience exceptional. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. This was hands down one of the best facials I have ever received, and I trust her completely with my skin. I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. A well-deserved five stars.

Kelon was great! She went over the different products and the services I was getting, made sure I was comfortable, and was just an overall positive experience. My face still feels clean and refreshed on the next day.

I didn’t have a great experience at Hi, Skin in MKT (Houston). Scheduling was frustrating from the start. I initially called to book appointments for my friend and me, but after calling back with alternate dates, no one answered. After multiple attempts (and being sent straight to voicemail), I ended up booking online and adjusting times until I found two that worked. My aesthetician was over 10 minutes late, and despite starting late, my one-hour facial still ended a few minutes early. During extractions, she pressed her fingernail so hard inside my nose that it caused a nosebleed. The facial itself was just okay — not terrible, but not impressive. The cleansing felt brief, there was no steam (just quick hot towels), and I still had some eye makeup on when I left. There was also a lot of upselling. Add-on services are $65+ if you’re not a member. I agreed to dermaplane, but was pushed to add another $65 service. At checkout, products were selected for me without much explanation, and I wasn’t clearly given the option to decline them. I had to specifically ask for them not to be scanned, which felt uncomfortable. The environment was also quite loud, and there was noticeable downtime during the facial while the aesthetician stepped away to grab products or equipment. Checkout was chaotic. My transaction was voided twice, and I had to pay three separate times because I wasn't charged for the correct services. Overall, the service didn’t match the price, and I’m not sure I’ll return. That said, my friend had Kristen as her aesthetician and had a much better experience.

If you’re looking for a typical spa experience, this isn’t it. It’s like an assembly line for facials. You’re sitting in what feels like a hair salon type seat that reclines. I found the chair comfortable, but I didn’t like feeling exposed. The facial is above the chin. You don’t take off your top for a spa robe so the chest is not focused on it all. You’re definitely paying the price of a regular facial and I think the value of this facial is significantly overpriced for what you get. I did not enjoy the face massage, my face felt like it was being put through a car wash with those flapping pieces of material that come on top of your car. My body was tense the entire time. The cream she put on before the face massage did not smell good to me. I go for a facial for part relaxation. They were playing pop music so I felt like I was in a club. Not relaxing at all.I would never return here.

Chandler was great! She was very thorough and I felt very relaxed and cared for during the facial. I loved how she explained each step of the process, the purpose and what I would expect to feel. I received the dermaplaning and microdermabrasion which I was a little nervous that it would be irritating but she was gentle and my skin was soft, smooth and glowing afterwards. I would definitely recommend Chandler for your next facial.

Hi Skin Place has officially become my go-to skincare spot. I visited for the first time and had a wonderful experience with great-quality results. From the moment I stepped in, I felt so warmly welcomed. I received a relaxing dermaplaning facial from Tiasha Bowie, and my skin now looks clean, clear, smooth, and glowing—I definitely recommend Hi Skin—try them for your next skincare treatment!

I’ve been seeing Taylor for all my facials, and the journey my skin has gone through with her is incredible. She’s given me amazing recommendations and genuinely cares about my progress. When I first started seeing her in September of last year, I was dealing with acne for the first time in my life and now my skin has completely transformed. Hi,Skin really focuses on long-term skin health, and that’s something I deeply appreciate. My skin is in the best condition it’s ever been, and I can’t thank Taylor and the Hi,Skin team enough for helping me get my confidence back!

So Brooke did my facial today and loved how she explained everything before doing it and went through the entire at home regimen I need to follow. The experience was excellent and the check out girl Aurora was very informative about everything loved how she arranged for both me and my husband to come in at the same time so there was no waiting for us. I will definitely will be back in 4 weeks!!!
