Lynn is pure magic. She is so good at seeing seeing exactly what you need and being professional, gentle, and careful about any treatment she does. She is a amazing personality and is so genuinely caring about her clients & she so informative about her full process. I went to her for the first time a few months back and she fixed my face from a botched filler job years back, I felt like I got my life back! She gave me a through plan of action forward- carefully taking into account ALL my aesthetic wishes. I was so happy with her that I referred my friend to her, who post treatment looks like she has a full face of makeup on by the subtle enhancements she recieved. Her eye for detail is unmatched and her personality is the biggest plus, I would go back just to talk to her- her making me feel beautiful is just the bonus! I found her Instagram page after my appointment (@lynn.injects) and realized ALL her transformations are incredible and subtle, I would give her 10 stars if it was possible 🤍

Amazing! Staff is very welcoming and helpful! I went in for the first time to get fillers with Nurse Zee. Very knowledgeable and knows what she’s doing and I trust her! Being my first time and won’t be my last time as long as she is my injector! 💕 10/10!!!

After having a baby, my body changed a lot, and I developed a red bump on my nose. As a new mom, it’s hard to find time for self-care and cosmetic services aren't always covered by insurance. I was feeling discouraged, but my consultation with Chelsey changed everything. She was the kindest, most down-to-earth person. She carefully reviewed my options, patiently answered all my questions, and made me feel so comfortable. Her genuine kindness was a breath of fresh air in today's crazy world. I would recommend this place for their services because of her. She's a huge asset to the Secret Med Spa team and deserves a major bonus! I'll definitely be back.

Lynn is the best! She’s so warm, friendly, and genuinely fun to be around — it felt like chatting with a friend who also happens to be amazing at what she does. She helped me with filler and Sculptra, was super honest, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I have been going here for about two years now, and I never want to go anywhere else! I see Carolina for my laser treatments and facials - she is so incredibly talented and has the best personality, I'm genuinely so excited every time I go to see her! Then I use Susana for my injectables - she's SO good at what she does and always takes the time to talk through options with me while I'm deciding what to do, then she really listens to me and I'm always happy with the results. Amazing place. Amazing team. 100% recommend!

I recently had a Dysport injection with Lynn. I’ve been receiving Dysport treatments for several years now, and I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. For the first time, I didn’t feel any heaviness in my forehead or brows, and the results were smooth, balanced, and very natural-looking. I used to think that a heavy forehead was just a normal part of neurotoxin injections, but I’ve realized it likely depends on the injector’s technique. I’m extremely pleased with the entire experience!

I want to start by saying that management previously asked me to delete my original review, and I did. However, after thinking about my repeated experiences and especially after a recent issue last month where I reached out to management for help and never received a response, I decided to repost it because other clients deserve to know what’s been happening here. I’ve given Secret MedSpa multiple chances, but the ongoing issues show a clear lack of management, communication, and proper staff training. I’ve now had multiple appointments canceled or disrupted due to the same nurse injector, Lynn, often last minute. At one point, I even showed up to my appointment just to be told I wasn’t properly scheduled and had to come back later. There was no call or heads up, just a complete disregard for my time. The front desk experience has been just as frustrating. The ladies consistently seem unsure about pricing and services and struggles with basic transactions. On one visit, the receptionist couldn’t even complete my checkout and chose to help another client instead. There is also another front desk staff member, easily recognizable by very heavy, dramatic makeup, who is not helpful and seems to need assistance with almost everything, even with returning clients. There also seems to be constant miscommunication. I was once told a service would be complimentary due to their scheduling mistake, but as I was leaving, I was called out in front of other customers and asked to pay, which was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional and I never got a refund for it. My first appointment was also concerning—the nurse injector was careless and stabbed my arm before administering the injection elsewhere, which was painful and unacceptable. The only response I received afterward was “noted,” which felt dismissive. Despite that, I still gave this place more chances. At a follow-up, the same injector, Lynn, refused to perform what I requested even though the membership is unlimited but it’s like a trick because they still refuse to do the service requested. This lack of transparency is another major issue. I also want to address a serious safety concern that ultimately made me stop getting injections at this location. I observed what appeared to be improper handling and disposal of bloodborne materials, which is unacceptable in any medical setting. When I brought this up to the manager, instead of addressing the concern appropriately, I was asked how much blood there was, as if the amount somehow determines whether proper disposal protocols should be followed. That response alone was alarming and showed a lack of understanding and accountability when it comes to basic safety standards. With all of that said, I do want to highlight Chelsey, the esthetician, who has been the only consistently positive part of my experience. She is professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful. If you are considering going here for facials or esthetic services, I would recommend booking with her specifically. Overall, this medspa has potential, especially with its membership model, but the poor communication, repeated cancellations, and lack of professionalism make it hard to recommend. At this point, I’ve already advised others to go elsewhere for injectables.

After about a year I decided to come back to this location to give them another try after a bad experience. I came back today in hopes maybe things changed and I would have a better experience, no! After receiving soo many messages from the company with promotions, I decided to send a text several weeks ago inquiring about the special and booked the appointment. I arrived today, to receive services and was told AFTER being injected that the Black Friday deal was only for new patients. The front desk rep brought my phone to the manager to show her the text messages, and decided to honor it. After calling to explain that it was a bit embarrassing to be at the front desk discussing if the special that was promised me would be honored, she kept making excuses about how her team had been told not To do this blah blah, instead of apologizing and showing appreciation for my business. I would not recommend.

I recently had Lynn do my botox and filler. I LOVE my results. She had the most gentle touch and i’ve been to other injectors in houston before. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. She took the time and explained all the different neurotoxins / fillers they had. I wanted a very natural look so i ended up doing Letybo. Definitely recommended booking with Lynn.
