These two ladies did a fantastic job on my first session getting my face and ear tattoos removed. They make you feel very comfortable and took only 5 minutes for the size of mine. They're already almost all faded. I will definitely being going back to them for round 2. Thanks yall.

I've had a great experience here at Knue! Rachae is the best, she's helped me out so much. During my first appointment with her, she noticed how frustrated I was due to my PCOS and was so understanding. I'm on my fourth appointment with her now and I couldn't be happier, my skin is great and the hair has not grown back at all. I went from removing my facial hair 4-5 times a week, to not touching my face at all! It's been such a relief and I owe it all to Rachae.

This place is amazing! I’ve been coming to Knue laser for 2 years now and have seen significant results. Seretha is phenomenal at what she does and is so so thorough. You will leave hairless because she’s a perfectionist and takes pride in her work which the results alone speak for. Knue Laser Hair removal has changed my life. I was very hesitant to try Laser again, I have tried laser and electrologist consistently in the past and nothing was helping. I was embarrassed and felt defeated. I wore my mask faithfully just to cover up my chin hair. I told myself I would try yet again and by faith I stumbled upon Knue Laser I am so happy I did my result are phenomenal I have not shaved, or plucked my hair in months and I am now confident and can hold my head up and know people are no longer staring at my chin. I have visited both offices and the staff is very professional and the office is clean. Rachae makes you feel very comfortable and my favorite part is the ice balls. I honestly can’t say enough about how great my experience has been with Rachae at Knue laser! As a woman with PCOS, the laser hair removal has changed my life. I’ve been dealing with facial hair growth since I was 14 and the self-consciousness was almost unbearable. I finally took the plunge and decided to give laser hair removal a try a few months ago and my only regret is not trying it sooner! Rachae has been so wonderful! From our consultation I knew that she would be great to work with. Her customer service has been excellent and it feels like she’s just as excited about results as I am! I’ve been able to comfortably go about 6-8 weeks without visible hair growth after only 5 sessions. My quality of life has been improved dramatically. We were referred by a friend so my wife booked an appoint and we paid $50 each as request with the expectation that the $50 would be deducted from any services we purchased. I bought I package in 2024 for 14 laser session and 7 Session electrolysis for grey hair removal Total 21 session I did the deal with Rashae for full t-shirt hair removal from my neck to my elbow . I payed in full upfront and my $50 was never got deducted from my package price My wife got the $50 deducted from her package Rashae told me she’ll start the laser every month for 5 session after that she’ll push the rest to every 2-3 mouth After the 5 session She switched me to another person her name, Seretha .She was very nice did my electrolysis plus started doing my laser . Every time I went to the session I had to asked her to do from neck to my elbow ,it made me feel like I am asking for extra which I was not because it was in the deal At every appointment she would say she had to contact Rashae to confirm the sections that were to be lasered (neck to elbow). When I went back for the next session it was the same conversation. So she either never made contact with Rashae or did not make note. It made me feel very uncomfortable because I had to ask every time 3 times when I arrived to the parking lot or I was inside the building they canceled my appointment without early notice. The reason, was the machine at another location. I had 4 session left when she finally asked Rashae She made me do my 4 session left with in 3 month because she said I have been doing it for a while I told her when I did the deal ,was no certain time to finish my session I said to her I will contact Rashae I did call and text Rashae to explain what was going on she never answered I sent another text after 4 days She texted the next day She never discussed it with me. She texted me, Seretha Will tex me For everyone have to do package make sure have prove about the time and section they’re doing laser on because when I still have 4 session Seretha told me I had 18 month from purchased to do my session I purchased package with total 21 session how they can be done in 18 month I have all the text message

I’ve been touched by an angel. I remember looking for a laser company that is good for my skin and I could not. One day while driving in Montrose I saw a place and I googled the name and lo and behold. It was everything I had been searching for. As a woman with PCOSand male pattern hair growth, Seeing such a change in my appearance and complexion has been life-changing. I have had treatments by both Rachae and Michelle. They are both AMAZING!! Rachae took great care for my first appointment, going over all my questions and issues I had experienced with previous laser hair treatments. Michelle did my first "down under" treatment, I was incredibly nervous but she helped make me as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend these ladies for your hair removal needs!
