Besides the unprofessional responses the owners have against negative feedback, i think this clinic did a good job with my laser hair removal, as a guy, i was skeptical even after reading a review that the laser hair treatment damaged someone, but honestly i think that person had product on their treated area before the treatment started which you're not supposed to. The laser treatment did hurt my treated area but it was so worth it. I noticed results after the first treatment. Yeah the clinic may seem sketchy, but i mean, hey its affordable with staff who are focused on helping you achieve your desired appearance. I will definitely be coming back for continued treatment.

I am obsessed with the PRP facial that Brenda does! The results always leave me shocked - i always look so refreshed and younger afterwards and the results continue for weeks. She does such a great job and making sure you are comfortable and puts on numbing cream before the facial starts. It’s really the best and a great way to get the Hollywood treatment in Houston! Thank you Brenda!!!

Great service, Brenda has a lot of knowledge on the C02 treatments, I highly recommend her. She is friendly and make you feel very comfortable plus she tells you the procedures of each treatment in details and the after care . Very satisfied with her service. Definitely I give a 5 stars.

I’ve been to this place several times for multiple sessions of microneedling. I actually stopped going this year because even though they actually did the service and what was required of it, I felt the customer service and overall “spa” feel was lacking. Nothing wrong with expertise, my main issue and why I ultimately left was because I felt that the environment was lacking. I wish it was more inviting but it was a bit “office like” in my opinion, and the service was very meh. There was no after care instructions given unless you asked or any after care products (I’ve had other spas provide some sort of check in after a session or even provide little samples for after care, which is a nice touch). I also noticed the numbing cream they give you is very minimal. I’ve been to other medspas and they’re very generous with it. After all, you’re getting your face stabbed by tiny needles. Furthermore, there wasn’t any online option to book a session, I always had to text someone. I think if these things were offered, they would get excellent reviews.

I did the microneedling, the service its self was great. I had 3 sessions, i definitely saw good results. I gave it 3 stars because of communication! They take a while to answer your call/ text. I believe they use a cellphone, it is a business i would think they would have an office phone that way calls get answered within a timely manner.

Run! Not only are the rooms disgusting but the laser hair removal does not work and will ruin your skin plus they charge different prices for different people. Scammers and money hungry. They dont care about your skin.

Had my PDO threads with Brenda. Brenda is very professional and very kind. She took before and after pictures and just after 2 weeks she showed me pictures of myself and I could see the difference. Business is very clean and in very organized.

I was searching for PRP therapy clinic (plasma) for hair lose, i called almost every clinic that i found on google and i had many questions at the time because the whole experience is new to me. Finally i called Lotus skin spa, Brenda professionally answered all my questions and make everything seems simple and easy to understand. The price was a way better that other clinic's that i called, they really have good prices and good offers. The clinic is sparkling clean and the staff is professional specially Brenda as she is the one who was responsible for my PRP treatment. Timming is always accurate and they confirm the appointment with me before, and following up to make sure everything is ok. There is a lot of parking places.
