Best in LA! I started going to Chi for my eyebrows when she was on Melrose. Let's just say I'm glad she moved. The new studio is comfortable, safe, and Im going to finish my brows and upper lip here.

This is my second time having electrolysis. I was not happy with the first person I went to. Wanted to try someone new. This office is small, but cute. “Betty” was really nice and friendly and FAST! The hairs were just sliding out which was AMAZING. I’ll definitely go back to her.

I highly recommend getting electrolysis with Chi. Prior to my appointment, she responded to all questions I had promptly and the day of my session she was on time and ready to start. Her space is very clean, and she is very gentle and precise with her work. I’m looking forward to going back!

Since the beginning, Betty has accommodated all my needs and does amazing work. I drive from 2 hours away so I can’t see her too often but when I can make it, I look forward to it since I know I’m in good hands. Her space is cozy, safe, and clean. You can always communicate if you need a break during treatment if needed and she won’t mind. Everyone’s pain tolerance is different and it’s great she understands. Every time I’ve had work done with her she removes a lot of hair and does phenomenal work. I’ve been to other techs in the past and the quality of work does not compare. She is passionate and she is the truth. I had to share this since I struggled for a long time with bothersome hairs & not being able to find a good tech but Betty is definitely a gem in the electrolysis world and just an overall very welcoming, professional, and understanding business owner.

Such a wonderful experience. Puts clients first with an amazing schedule and makes the entire process so comfortable. Could not recommend more.
