I had a great but weird experience here! I requested a microdermabrasion (where they use a device to vacuum suction debris off your face). When I entered the room the lady seemed confused as I was telling her that I want a microdermabrasion and she said the front desk told her hydrafacial but now she’ll add a microdermabrasion. The facial was extremely relaxing and the aesthetician did a great job IF I had gone in for a hydrafacial. She used the vacuum suction for literally 30 seconds. This was really disappointing because this is what I came in for! I’ve been to other aestheticians and they go in deep with extractions where they didn’t do that as much here. If you want a simple relaxing hydrafacial I recommend this place!

The customer service is here is soooooo good! Every time I walk in, Kasey, Chu & Sasha treat me like family. I’ve tried so many facial spots and this place is by far the best — I keep coming back for new and better treatments. They do really long facial massages and take their time with listening to your skin goals & give good skin education. I’ve done the ultherapy, hydrating facial & microneedling. Everyone who works there is gorgeous and has AMAZING SKIN - a true testimony to their services. I started off with a Groupon and never left!

Stella & Escala are the best!!! Stella was so gentle when doing microneedling and she really helped my pigmentation!! Escala is also so patient with me and getting the right plan!
