Sue is incredible! I did the VIP treatment today and she did such a fantastic job on both the massage and the facial. I could not wait to book my next appointment with her. My skin feels and looks so lifted, but mainly the pain in my neck and back are gone after the lymphatic massage. 10/10 Highly recommend!

The first time I came. The experience wasn’t great. The women rushed the whole appointment and even rushed me out of there, not offering me any water (after a 2 hour apt) the facial was half arsed, she just put a mask and red light on me for 20 mins. Didn’t feel like my skin was cleaned properly. The lymphatic drainage was intolerable (and I have a fairly high pain threshold) and she didn’t speak to me, yet still demanded 20% tip. Ridiculous. I had paid for two sessions and wasn’t looking forward to my appointment yesterday when I went - but then I had Helen. She was amazing and so attentive. Went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed. She has restored my faith in the practice and I will come back. BEWARE: they do extractions with hands so it can leave scars on face.

Do not waste your money... OR you have to specifically request the person featured in their viral Instagram videos. It seems your experience here is entirely dependent on who is performing the treatment. I was genuinely excited to try this place, but the experience was so bad that I nearly left in tears. I honestly questioned whether the person treating me was even a trained or certified aesthetician. From the start, I was asked to lie on an uncomfortable plastic sheet. I understand this isn’t the Four Seasons, but it immediately felt careless. The rest of the service was extremely disjointed. The way products were applied, the order they were used in, the facial massage was messy and my hair kept getting caught in the massage it was so uncomfortable and she'd just keep going until i stopped to move my own hair off my face. The body massages were meh, the whole experience just lacked any flow. Face wash and cream were repeatedly gotten into my eyes, she brought out this machine to work on my back and I felt nothing? Like she was unfamiliar with the settings and or how to work this machine. The aesthetician did not speak English, so there was no communication about what to expect or what step we were on, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and confusing. At one point, I stopped the treatment to ask what she was doing because there were so many long pauses between her steps, she pulled out her phone to translate and then continued working on my face after touching her phone, which was the final straw. I ended the treatment early. To make matters worse, during checkout I was asked how much I wanted to tip... after receiving such a poor and unhygienic service?! Later, I was messaged that I had left my water bottle and that the director wanted me to return with a different aesthetician and apologized. When I responded sure but at no cost to me, I never received a reply. I also reached out via Instagram requesting a refund and received no response.. So don't bother.

Minji is truly exceptional. From the moment we started, she consistently checked in about the pressure and clearly explained what to expect, including the possibility of bruising the next day, which showed her professionalism and deep knowledge of lymphatic work. She released an unbelievable amount of tension from my upper back, shoulders, and face. The facial was intense in the best way and felt incredibly effective. You could truly feel the benefits of the deep tissue lymphatic work as inflammation seemed to melt away from my body. The results were immediate. When I got home, my daughter instantly noticed and said my face looked noticeably slimmer and more sculpted. The difference was undeniable. Minji’s work is intentional, therapeutic, and powerful. If you’re looking for real results and visible change, I can’t recommend her enough.

It's a non-invasive procedure that combines microneedling with peptides and hyaluronic acid. My skin felt deeply hydrated and looked noticeably brighter afterward. The clinic itself is clean and calming, and the staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend booking in advance—this place is popular for a reason!

I had a wonderful experience at Eroun Aesthetic. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The interior was spotless, with a pleasant fragrance that added to the relaxing atmosphere. I was served a herbal tea as well. I also appreciated how thoroughly they maintained hygiene—there was a noticeable scent of alcohol, which reassured me that everything was properly sanitized. During the treatment, they paid close attention to my feedback and handled everything with great care. I could truly feel their dedication to providing high-quality service. They even removed milia that had been on my skin for years, and within 2-3 days, my skin went through a full turnover—it felt like I had completely new skin. The massage was incredibly refreshing, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Considering the quality of service, the pricing is excellent. I’m definitely planning to continue coming here!

Initially I thought it was just / mainly a facial but I was pleasantly surprised to find out this was a two hour session that also includes extensive back, chest, and abdominal massage and treatments. The massage was the best combination I’ve experienced of therapeutic effect and feeling amazing. And then the facial! Kaila answered all of my questions and made me feel completely comfortable. She helped educate me on my skin and how to address concerns. All in all it was completely rejuvenating. After the service I looked in the mirror and my face is noticeably lifted and my eyes are more open!! Didn’t expect that at all. I booked my next session before leaving. Can’t beat the value.

This place is soo good!! I love it’ I had the 2-hour Full Treatment at EROUN Aesthetic, and it was incredible! The lymphatic drainage, facial massage, and acne extraction were all thorough and left my skin feeling so refreshed. Also, she cleans my face and acne very deep! The LDM lifting and LED mask gave me an calming feeling and lift – I saw results right away! Perfect way to rejuvenate after summer. Highly recommend for a complete pampering experience!

This place is amazing!It’s my first time to get the 2 hours full treatment, including the neck and shoulder, back massage and the facial care, my skin never looks that good, I guess it’s the best facial so far I had in LA, also the owner was so sweet and professional, price was reasonable. 10 out of 10, please give it a try, and 3 x book early! It’s really popular.
