Do not waste your money... OR you have to specifically request the person featured in their viral Instagram videos. It seems your experience here is entirely dependent on who is performing the treatment. I was genuinely excited to try this place, but the experience was so bad that I nearly left in tears. I honestly questioned whether the person treating me was even a trained or certified aesthetician. From the start, I was asked to lie on an uncomfortable plastic sheet. I understand this isn’t the Four Seasons, but it immediately felt careless. The rest of the service was extremely disjointed. The way products were applied, the order they were used in, the facial massage was messy and my hair kept getting caught in the massage it was so uncomfortable and she'd just keep going until i stopped to move my own hair off my face. The body massages were meh, the whole experience just lacked any flow. Face wash and cream were repeatedly gotten into my eyes, she brought out this machine to work on my back and I felt nothing? Like she was unfamiliar with the settings and or how to work this machine. The aesthetician did not speak English, so there was no communication about what to expect or what step we were on, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and confusing. At one point, I stopped the treatment to ask what she was doing because there were so many long pauses between her steps, she pulled out her phone to translate and then continued working on my face after touching her phone, which was the final straw. I ended the treatment early. To make matters worse, during checkout I was asked how much I wanted to tip... after receiving such a poor and unhygienic service?! Later, I was messaged that I had left my water bottle and that the director wanted me to return with a different aesthetician and apologized. When I responded sure but at no cost to me, I never received a reply. I also reached out via Instagram requesting a refund and received no response.. So don't bother.
