Love getting my laser treatments done at Flawless! My only regret is waiting so long because the change & improvement I have seen on my skin has made me feel great again! The nurses, manager and front desk are always so welcoming & accommodating, waiting area is spotless & you are always taken in on time. Love the Weho location & can’t wait to do more treatments!

Lianna was my nurse for my Botox treatment, and she was truly wonderful from start to finish. She took her time to listen carefully and really understand the results I was hoping to achieve. She explained the process clearly and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The injection itself was quick, precise, and completely painless. I appreciated her gentle touch and attention to detail, which gave me so much confidence in her skill. She was absolutely wonderful — super gentle with a very light hand, and I barely felt any pain at all. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. My results look natural and beautiful!
