Today was my first visit all the way from Redlands, and I am so so glad I found this med spa. Im literally 5 min away from one and decided to go here. The reviews are 100% true about Elena not upselling you on ANYTHING. She’s straight up and will tell you what you don’t need. An hour and a half drive I’m going to continue making. The girls are all sweet and the prices are literally unbeatable. Thank you guys, I’ll see you soon for my second cool peel!💕

I cannot say enough good things about this med spa. I came for Laser Hair Removal but will return for other services. The scheduling was easy, the location (and parking) was convenient, the spa and dog are adorable; the process was painless, and the prices were great. Definitely check out their monthly specials. I was treated by the P.A. Elena. She is knowledgeable and friendly. I will absolutely be returning and recommending others.

I’ve been going to Hush for a few years now and will never go anywhere else! The staff is always friendly and welcoming and Elena is amazing at what she does! She is the only person that has been able to inject me without bruising. They are compassionate, honest and truly take the time to get to know you. I could not recommend Hush more!

Elena & Receptionist’s are very kind & professional, they always make me feel welcome. It doesn’t take long for me to be seen and they answer all my questions & concerns. This is my second time I go and do Morpheus 8 with C02 and Elena does an amazing job , leaves my skin looking younger and healthier. Highly recommend

I shouldn’t leave a med spa feeling worse then when I walked in. I went to this place because it was highly rated and I requested a last minute appointment for Botox which was approved. I didn’t feel great from the start. The injector seemed annoyed by my presence and eager to get me out of there. When I checked out I was informed I hadn’t been given Botox but an alternative which was not disclosed to me. I tried to protest but was quickly shut up with “they’re basically the same thing.” I was in shock and unfortunately paid and tipped. But the lack of transparency and the overall attitude left me crying in my car. It’s unethical to not disclose what you’re giving to a patient. I guess maybe I didn't present right, talk right or was just taken for a sucker. It’s not my first rodeo when it comes to injectables. It’s just the first time I’ve been out and out gaslit by a med spa. I’m sure I’ll get a nasty response to this review and I’m combing through the patient portal for a copy of what I signed but it’s disappeared. Also now the service listed says “dysport” but I was told I received Juveau. Meanwhile the whole time I understood I’d be receiving Botox. Which is what I’ve been using for years. If the injector had a reason for switching it should have been disclosed. As in “we’re going to do this and here’s why.” Informed consent is extremely important and staff acting like it’s no big deal when you find out something different feels terrible. I don’t even know which service to click on for “what service did you receive” as I have no real clue and no reason to believe anything at this point.

I had an awesome experience at Hush! The front desk girls were super sweet and made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. I came in for the Morpeus8 treatment with CO2, and Elena was my specialist. She was fantastic—friendly, reassuring, and really knew her stuff. I won’t lie, the treatment was a bit painful, but Ellen made sure I was as comfortable as possible and kept me in the loop the whole time. Totally worth it, though—I’m already seeing results and feeling great! Thanks, Hush team! Highly recommend Hush for anyone looking for top-notch treatments and exceptional customer service!

*A REAL REVIEW Update: I’m so disappointed in the response from Hush LA. Again I was NEVER informed about what would be injected into my face. I signed consent forms for Dysport. Not Botox and not Jeuveau. It was NOT disclosed to me that Jeuveau would be injected into my face because otherwise I would’ve just went with regular Botox instead. I asked for Dysport and was told by the front desk receptionist that they had to switch to Botox for some anatomy reason. I only knew about Jeuveau because it was written on a paper with dysport crossed out. Also I had this treatment done on 7.10 it’s now 7.24 so it has been 2weeks and this is not my first experience with injectables 😂 Whoever respond to my review, literally just blatantly lied and that’s no bueno. It’s great that you have 5 star reviews. I never complained about the services at all but, 7.10.25 I felt like it was a very predatory environment and I was being taken advantage of and treated like I was stupid as if I never had anything done before. You can be great at what you do and still have a personal bias towards different types of people that prevents you from having consistent “bedside manners”. This is my experience ——— So I wanted to wait the 2 weeks before writing this review just to make sure that I’m good treatment wise I purchased laser hair removal in a 5 package and my first 4 sessions were amazing. I don’t know if there was a staff change but during my last laser session the new receptionist (there 7.10.25 @1:30pm) weren’t necessarily the most welcoming compared to the previous staff. Nevertheless I didn’t take it personally The problem for me was that I asked for dysport injections in the jaw and was instead given Botox or so they say, I saw on a paper at the front desk dysport crossed out and Jeuveau written so I honestly don’t know what they injected into me. Now that the 2 weeks is up. It’s like the Botox or jeuveau or dysport or whatever they injected into me isn’t effective at all. It’s like I got nothing done. It’s so unfortunate because I really liked this place but to not tell me what you’re injecting into my face and why is kinda concerning. During the actual treatment (which was great) the nurse told me it was dysport. I signed a form about dysport. We talked about dysport and the aftercare but when I went to pay I was told by the receptionist that they had to switch to Botox for some anatomy reason which they never disclosed to me, meanwhile I’ve gotten dysport injected into the jaw multiple times with no problems and I told the receptionist this on the phone while inquiring and I also told the nurse this I didn’t wanna argue or challenge it because I knew how it would be perceived and I didn’t want them to call the police or anything but I would say if you do go to Hush LA just make sure you know what your getting into and make sure to double check so your not being taken advantage of. Unfortunately I can’t go back. The trust is breached

The team at Hush LA are wonderful! I have been coming here for some time now for my laser hair removal and Botox treatments. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I have always felt comfortable here and appreciate their honesty when it comes to injectables. I have found previous businesses I’ve been to, to be pushy or overdo dosage. However, Elena is amazing giving you just the right amount! I recommend them to anyone looking for a med spa!

Knows what she’s doing in the world of Botox! Uses small needles unlike many other med spas! Recommend to everyone I know

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! I am 50 + and never believed in laser because I had laser done by a BH PS (starts with an L) who did the exact same laser with literally no results and actual BH PS. When I called to tell them no redness, no peeling they said normal (WTAF) Elana and Hush LA have renewed my faith in honest practitioners! Give yourself an actual REAL treat and go to HUSH for your medspa needs. Elana is my laser forever person, her skill, attention to detail and HONESTY is unmatched!! So happy with my results!!
