After having two kids, my body needed some help! Despite working out and eating healthy, I still had pockets of fat around my chin, neck, flanks, back, and stomach that I wanted to address. I also had prominent hip dips that needed filling in. I chose Dr. Yovino after a couple months of research because I wanted a surgeon who would perform the surgeries awake and respect my wishes to not take antibiotics. I also chose him because of his experience with liposuction, which he performs on the regular. BBL's can be dangerous but when the patient is awake, it almost entirely gets rid of the risk of a fat embolism because the gluteal muscle has not been numbed. I am beyond thrilled with my results. I had chin/neck lipo as well as a BBL and my body looks incredible and has a perfect hourglass shape. I feel confident again and comfortable with myself. As a new mom it was hard for me to accept my post-baby body, but now I am so incredibly thankful and feel like I have been given a huge gift. Dr. Yovino was very reachable through text messages and he would call after each surgery to make sure I was recovering ok. He is patient, compassionate, and highly skilled at what he does. I am extremely happy with the whole process and will go to him for any future surgeries.

I had a breast lift with a small reduction on one side today, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. As someone who tends to be very anxious, I expected to feel nervous throughout the procedure. However, Dr. Yovino and Antionette were absolutely wonderful. Their calm and compassionate bedside manner put me at ease from the moment I arrived until the very end of the surgery. The procedure itself was surprisingly easy and virtually painless. I felt completely relaxed, and the time passed quickly thanks to the friendly and reassuring atmosphere. Dr. Yovino frequently checked in on me during the surgery to ensure I was comfortable, and we even chatted throughout, which helped me stay calm as well. I traveled from Tennessee for this procedure, and it was more than worth the trip. Dr. Yovino is truly exceptional—I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else with my surgery. The results have exceeded my expectations; I’m honestly amazed at how beautiful and perky my breasts look. A friend even asked if I had implants because of how perfect they are! I’m deeply grateful for Dr. Yovino and his team. This experience has been nothing short of outstanding. Update: I am now almost 4 months post op and I could not be happier with my results! I am finally able to wear all of the shirts and bathing suit styles I was never able to wear before. This surgery was so life changing for me and I only wish that I had done it sooner. I’d do it a hundred times over again and would choose Dr. Yovino as my surgeon every time!

Dr. Justin was so incredibly successful with the Buffalo Hump removal surgery. His team was so friendly, attentive and professional they made both myself and my mom feel very welcomed and supported. Dr. Justin made sure to call me the day of and day after to make sure I was comfortable and safely resting at home. I appreciated how quickly, pain free, and efficient Dr. Justin was and how amazing his team is.

3-months post op review: After much research, consultations, and careful consideration, I decided to move forward with Dr. Yovino. I was looking for a surgeon who was both conservative and artistic in his approach, someone whose technique aligned with my personal goals. I had previously undergone a breast explant and wanted to restore a bit of volume with fat transfer from a couple of areas, including my flanks, which created a subtle yet beautiful silhouette. I work out regularly and have been happy with my body, but I couldn’t be more pleased with my results. Also, I have to give credit to Dr. Yovino’s demeanor. It’s not mentioned often enough, but as patients we’re investing significantly in these procedures, but beyond cost, what truly matters is feeling safe, understood, and confident in our doctor’s care, not to just being seen as another transaction.
