I’ve been visiting this facial place for a while now and honestly, it’s been such a game changer for my skin. The staff really know what they’re doing and they’re super friendly every time. I usually book with Kelly—she’s so gentle, knowledgeable, and always gives the best recommendations. My skin has improved so much since I started coming here.

I’ve had 3 treatments done and every time it’s been a pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff is very kind. I’ve had my skin tag removal and they did a seamless job in just one session. I have no scars and they explained my aftercare and the healing process thoroughly. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Irene’s Skintopia about once a month, and Kelly always takes great care of my skin. My skin has become much more hydrated and has a healthy glow that I didn’t have before. What I really appreciate is that even though I’m on a set treatment plan, Kelly still takes the time to check my skin each visit and makes small adjustments or suggestions based on how my skin is doing. When my skin is acting up, she also explains things clearly and has even looked at the skincare products I use, going over ingredients and what might be working or not. You can tell she is very knowledgeable and cares about helping you understand your skin. The clinic is always clean, relaxing, and welcoming, and everyone there is very kind. I keep going back because I trust them, feel comfortable, and I’ve really seen consistent results.

Skintopia has become my sacred space for skin renewal and true relaxation. It’s where I can rest my body while my skin gets the care it deserves. The staff is incredibly kind and genuinely attentive. They never upsell. Instead, they thoughtfully recommend only what your skin actually needs, which I truly appreciate. Their prices are also very reasonable. I see Bonnie monthly for facials, and I absolutely love how she explains each step along the way. Her knowledge and calming presence make every visit a wonderful experience. Irene is amazing, and Richard is wonderful as well. I always leave feeling refreshed, cared for, and confident in my skin.

Everyone here is so sweet and welcoming. I always look forward to my facial appointments with Ellie because every treatment I’ve received has been amazing and I notice such a big improvement in my acne by the end of each session. They are also very responsive and always accommodating to my schedule and needs. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy this facial place. Staff are really nice and well educated about taking care of skin, I book my appointments with Kelly and she is amazing. I have been going for quite some time and I have seen a lot of great changes in my skin.

Ok how this place is so underrated I have no idea. But I’ve been to many facial spots in Los Angeles and ktown. This is by far my favorite place, my skin is always glowing and thanks me for coming in. Been coming here on and off for 5 years (schedule permitting) but everyone is so kind and sweet, place is sanitary and they genuinely care about their customers experience . The owners are some of the most thoughtful people ever, I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough. Do your skin a favor and check them out

Irene Skintopia is calm and professional — my facial with esthetician Kelly was excellent. She gave a thorough consult, used amazing products, and delivered a relaxing, effective treatment with helpful aftercare tips I highly recommend this place. Already made my next appt!!!

It is very clean and the workers are nice. My esthetician was Bonnie both times. Bonnie is very thorough but the second time I was there she poked some pimples and then did the extraction. I felt this was too invasive (painful too) and I doubt it is in an estheticians scope of practice. Another thing to mention, both times after the facials I felt pressured by Bonnie to give a tip. She stood at the check out desk after the first facial was completed and said “tip” multiple times. The owner(I think Irene) was there and told me not to give a tip if I did not want to. I still gave a tip after she insisted I did not because Bonnie was standing there staring at me. When Irene saw I had sent a tip she chased after me outside the office. She handed me a set of face masks to take home which I greatly appreciated and was the reason I returned a second time. During check out of the second facial another receptionist reminded me a tip is complimentary as Bonnie sat there watching me. I was going to tip regardless but this kind of tipping reminder seems unprofessional and ruined the experience for me. The reminder is on the checkout screen and I believe theres a sign too. I really don't think a verbal reminder is necessary on top of that. A tip should be complimentary and I do not think they should remind/ask for one. Its a 90 min facial but you’re left alone for around 15minutes in the beginning to let a solution work under steam and afterwards ~15 minutes again with some sort of mask before you leave. It’s technically a 60min facial for $200 and a tip is sort of expected so that puts you in the 220-240 range. Seems excessive to me, but for my skins health id be perfectly okay only paying the $200/month facial.
