I absolutely love my new Botox membership! I’ve never had one before and I feel like this membership is something I didn’t know I needed so badly! I love the facility, it’s in a totally cute office in the heart of Brickell. The PA, Melissa, did such an excellent job injecting me! Her technique is flawless. I had zero bruising and was out on the town that night with my freshly toxed face! 🤩 I highly recommend this place for your injecting needs and PA Melissa is a 10 out of 10!

I had a truly wonderful experience at BeautyFix Medspa in Brickell, Miami. I visited twice—once for facial balancing and the other for Botox—and both exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The injector was exceptionally kind, discussing my areas of concern and offering her professional opinion before beginning treatment. I felt completely comfortable in her hands. Each procedure was surprisingly painless, and to my surprise, I experienced no downtime afterward. I left both appointments feeling refreshed, confident, and more beautiful than ever. I highly recommend BeautyFix Medspa to anyone looking for expert care, a warm and supportive environment, and real results. I can’t wait to return!

I do not recommend this place at all. They do not treat you like a client, but like a wallet. The esthetician’s service was very poor — she was only there to apply the product, with no care or professionalism. She acted as if she owned the place and seemed unhappy in her job, which made the experience uncomfortable. I went in for the Salmon DNA treatment and honestly saw NO results. On the contrary, my skin felt very dry for a long time afterward.

Issis in reception is an absolute doll! So sweet, professional and accommodating. Vincente has the Midas touch! He injected the sides and bottom of my mouth and it was painless. No bruising! The most I felt was the pinch from the anesthesia shot. Just a pinch! I am so happy to have found such a great clinic! The pricing is fantastic! You have me as a patient forever ❤️

I visited beauty fix a few days ago at the Brickell location and Katelyn and the lady at the front desk were such sweethearts! I felt right at home :) I love the results so far and will definitely be come back for more. Thank you so much for the great customer service, latest techniques and high quality products. I had an amazing experience at BeautyFix Med Spa in Miami! I went in for Botox in the three classic areas (forehead, frown lines, and crow’s feet) as well as a lip flip, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything looks super natural, refreshed but not frozen, which is exactly what I was going for. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and informative. They took the time to explain every step and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The spa itself is clean, modern, and easy to access, with a very calm and welcoming atmosphere in the center of Miami, in Brickell! I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I’ve been a member for about a year, and up until now, everything had been pleasant. But my most recent visits have been completely unacceptable. I confirmed my appointment twice, showed up, and the spa was completely closed. When I called, they said my appointment had been canceled, yet I never got a single call, text, or email about it. After that, I called three different times asking to speak with management and was told each time someone would call me back, but no one ever did. I was also told they “only confirm appointments by phone,” yet I received both text and email confirmations, which makes no sense. When they rescheduled me, no one mentioned there would be a new injector, and I was caught off guard when it turned out to be a male. He never introduced himself, didn’t explain anything, didn’t take photos, didn’t offer a mirror, and was so rough that the whole experience was painful and uncomfortable. He gave me a lip flip down the sides of my lips instead of just the top, and since then I’ve had trouble eating and talking properly. (A lip flip is typically only at the top of the lip). I even sent a detailed email explaining everything over three weeks ago and still haven’t heard a single response. The lack of professionalism, communication, and care is incredibly disappointing, especially after being a loyal client for so long.

I came here for my first injections postpartum and after I completed breastfeeding. I received a combination of botox and filler to basically look "refreshed". I am beyond happy with my results, I don't look so tired after a full nights sleep anymore. I have a youthfulness I have not seen in years. Melissa was amazing. The staff made me feel comfortable and the rooms give you an upscale vibe. This is probably one of my favorite if not my favorite medspa experience.
