Great experience. I came here for a Black Doll Facial. There was no wait time at all. Came in and was attended straight away. Angela Hidalgo did a great job. She informed of every step and the benefits of the facial for my skin. Highly recommended.

I went for a Myers Cocktail IV. Clean and calm inside. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Had my own room and comfortable chair to lay in. Giovanna did a great job. Pain free and quick.

Fantastic service with Angela. This is my second time receiving service here. First time was Botox and now PRP #2. I’m still waiting on the results from the PRP. But I will say the process has been a smooth rider. Customer service and prices are amazing! Highly recommend.

Everyone is so nice and organized over there. I like how the people who work in the front desk are extremely kind. But most importantly, they are quick and on time when calling you in and scheduling you.

Yadenis has been my injector for a year now and I am so happy with her service. Some injectors are more gentle than others, and I’ve been to quite a few, but Yadenis is really an expert. No bruises, expert consultations, perfect results. Highly recommend this med spa, it’s always been an excellent experience.

Refused service by Lizette Rubio despite being gifted a voucher by my mother as a birthday present. I asked to discuss with manager and was also refused. I was told “fine print” did not allow me to use service as I had purchased a Groupon (different voucher) in the past. However, this Groupon was gifted to me. I drove 45 min for this appt and was turned away prior to service and told to pay full retail price.

I’m really disappointed with this place. I drove an hour for my laser appointment, was only 10 minutes late, and they refused to service me. I don’t get it. I’ve been coming here for 2 years for Litefrax treatments with Yadenis for a small 1x1 inch scar on my forehead, and it’s always been quick—usually just 5 minutes. This was my 4th or 5th visit, and every other time, Yadenis only numbs for 15-20 minutes. She’s also very gentle and kind! I don’t understand why this new nurse Giovanna insisted I needed 40+ minutes for numbing and wouldn’t treat me because I was 10 minutes late. On top of that, the reception was rude. It honestly felt like the nurse/staff were just trying to close early since they close at 3pm on Saturdays. If that’s the case, why schedule laser appointments at 2:15pm right before closing? This was a huge waste of my time, and I’m never coming back.
