I purchased the “1 year unlimited” laser hair removal Groupon package and was disappointed to find out it actually ends after 9 sessions, despite being advertised as unlimited for a year. The 9-session cap was buried in the fine print and not clearly explained upfront. The staff was always very nice and professional during my appointments, which I appreciated, but I was still disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the package terms. What’s even more frustrating is that after completing all 9 sessions, I still don’t see full results in the treated areas. I expected better clarity and better outcomes. I would recommend asking detailed questions before purchasing

I had great experiences at Euphoria Aesthetics! The space is clean, professional, and really welcoming. The treatments here are high-quality and effective. Oni did my laser treatments, and she is amazing—very knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to explain everything and tailor the treatment to what would work best for me. Highly recommend!!

I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this clinic; besides being clean and fragrant, the environment is very pleasant and beautiful. The professionals work very well, and I was seen at the scheduled time without any delays. I confess I was afraid the treatment would be painful, but the equipment is excellent, and I didn't feel any pain even in very sensitive areas. Excellent, 10/10!

I purchased 2 services but one was refused so I initially gave them a negative review. The owner reached and out talked through what turned out to be a misunderstanding. I appreciated the empathy, the urgency and the way they handled this. Otherwise I’m happy with the service I’ve experienced so far (laser hair removal) and everyone at Euphoria Aesthetics.

We did a skin tightening treatment and a full body analysis, including my body fat percentage, which was super interesting and helpful. I’ve also done laser hair removal here before, and I’ve noticed my hair grows so much less now. Really happy with the results. The aesthetician - Oni was amazing, very knowledgeable, attentive, and gave me personalized advice on what would work best for my body and skin.

First time trying Euphoria in Miami and I already love it. The spa is so calming, the staff is AMAZING, they are very dedicated to what they do and will always try to accommodate a last minute appointment if you need it. I did laser hair removal touch ups and body contouring and both were 10/10 and I already am seeing the results. Highly recommend this cute gem in Brickell 🤩

I have been seeing Oni for my laser hair removal for 5 months now and she is amazing! It was the first time I had ever done it so I really appreciated her thorough explanation and slow approach to make sure we found the perfect setting for my laser sessions in the beginning. She is very detail-oriented so I know all hairs are really being targeted. On top of that, she’s also so friendly and kind. It’s a pleasure to go each month. 10/10 highly recommend her :) I dropped Euphoria down to 4 stars because of communication and scheduling issues that management needs to address. Despite booking exclusively with Oni and confirming this, I have now arrived twice to be told she was not in and I was to see a different person. Schedule changes happen, I get that. That’s not the issue. The problem here is zero transparency and communication from the front desk staff when this occurs. Apologies were made and nothing changed. Businesses stay open not only because of the quality of their services, but also because of the relationships their staff builds with their clientele. When instances like this occur, it conveys where a business’s priorities are.

This place is so cute and a one stop shop! I get laser done with Oni & Karla they are amazing Tecs! It’s the most painless hair removal I’ve ever done and it’s actually effective! Would highly recommend excited to try the other treatments here too. Great customer service with the reception too Michaela always so welcoming and friendly
