I have been seeing Oni for my laser hair removal for 5 months now and she is amazing! It was the first time I had ever done it so I really appreciated her thorough explanation and slow approach to make sure we found the perfect setting for my laser sessions in the beginning. She is very detail-oriented so I know all hairs are really being targeted. On top of that, she’s also so friendly and kind. It’s a pleasure to go each month. 10/10 highly recommend her :) I dropped Euphoria down to 4 stars because of communication and scheduling issues that management needs to address. Despite booking exclusively with Oni and confirming this, I have now arrived twice to be told she was not in and I was to see a different person. Schedule changes happen, I get that. That’s not the issue. The problem here is zero transparency and communication from the front desk staff when this occurs. Apologies were made and nothing changed. Businesses stay open not only because of the quality of their services, but also because of the relationships their staff builds with their clientele. When instances like this occur, it conveys where a business’s priorities are.
