Staff is amazing, doctor care is amazing! I drive over an hour to get seen here because they are more than worth it. I always feel like I’m in good hands. Melissa, Ivette and Isa and Dr Annabelle are all so wonderful.

I recently visited Dr. Martin N. Zaiac for a dermatology consultation and, unfortunately, I felt that the check-up was quite rushed. My concerns about my skin were not thoroughly addressed, and the entire appointment lasted less than two minutes. I was hoping for a more comprehensive examination and a detailed discussion about my treatment options. Hopefully, future visits will be more thorough.

Had a great experience at this dermatology office. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Zaiac took time to listen and explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Zaiac is an outstanding dermatologist. He knows a lot about everything. Every year I go in for a skin scan but end up with a bunch of useful information and/or prescriptions for various skin related issues, e.g., dandruff (made it stop permanently after 50 years of uncontrollable snow flurries) or facial dryness. The office is buttoned up. Efficient and helpful. Was in and out in 15 minutes. No waiting.

Excellent service everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The Doctor was patient with me and explained to me with care and concern and didn't get annoyed with me asking questions. I really appreciated the service i received and would recommend them to my loved one's and friends

Haven’t had my face this clear in years! The facial procedure that Nellie Cortez provided was absolutely fantastic. Super professional and super well done. Definitely will come again and would absolutely recommend her and the Greater Miami Skin & Laser Center to you if you’re looking for a good facial.

The office is beautiful and cleaned, staff very friendly, parking is easy access to the building, i had my baby with me and the wait time was incredible in a good way, I didn’t spend a hour inside the office. I had an appt with Anabelle and nothing wow, nothing bad happened also. Just normal doctor in Miami, she sounds she wasn’t happy that soberb eyes, she gave the obvious solution and no solution at all for other topics that I brought out. And seriously it’s not complain, just the medicine in USA. If you look for doctor that will take a deep look on your issues, be interested on what you eat, drink or whats going on, naaah that’s not the place. And I hope it’s not one more cortisona cream that I use without solution 🙌🏼

Today I had an appointment with Nellie, the skin care aesthetician, for a rosacea laser treatment and a facial, as well as with Dr. Zaiac for a consultation. The staff when one arrives is friendly and seem actually a happy to see one again. They are always polite and efficient. There is little to no waiting time. An appointment with Nellie is always a pleasure and it is comforting to know one is in capable hands for whatever is needed, including a wide variety of laser and IPL procedures. I have been a client of hers for years and highly recommend her. Dr. Zaiac is quite well known as a dermatologist's dermatologist. He is a professor and researcher; one can be in no better hands than his. I feel very happy and confident as his patient. As a fair-skinned, blonde, green eyed person, with rosacea, I have lots of skin issues but feel very satisfied with Greater Miami Skin & Laser Center.

Loved the staff and care I was given once in the exam room and checking out. The ladies were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Only suggestion would be to have the welcoming reception be a bit more friendly.
