Today I had an appointment with Nellie, the skin care aesthetician, for a rosacea laser treatment and a facial, as well as with Dr. Zaiac for a consultation. The staff when one arrives is friendly and seem actually a happy to see one again. They are always polite and efficient. There is little to no waiting time. An appointment with Nellie is always a pleasure and it is comforting to know one is in capable hands for whatever is needed, including a wide variety of laser and IPL procedures. I have been a client of hers for years and highly recommend her. Dr. Zaiac is quite well known as a dermatologist's dermatologist. He is a professor and researcher; one can be in no better hands than his. I feel very happy and confident as his patient. As a fair-skinned, blonde, green eyed person, with rosacea, I have lots of skin issues but feel very satisfied with Greater Miami Skin & Laser Center.
