My experience with Dr. Hochstein’s office was deeply upsetting, and I would not recommend this practice. On December 21, I emailed the office requesting additional information because I was genuinely anxious about my upcoming surgery. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, Daisy told me word for word that “if you have that mentality, you better cancel and get your refund.” This felt dismissive and inappropriate. The doctor later called me directly. I was still willing to proceed and did not intend to cancel. However, during the conversation, he stated that he is famous and that is why he receives complaints. None of my concerns were properly resolved, and I did not feel reassured. Following Daisy’s suggestion, I sent an email confirming that I would cancel and receive a refund. However, I was later told that the doctor had changed his mind, that they would not issue a refund, and that since he is the owner, his word is final. Despite their initial statement offering a refund, they have refused to return my money, now claiming that I signed documents. This is contradictory to what was communicated to me directly by their staff. Because of this, I am currently pursuing legal action regarding the refund. I ultimately chose to proceed with another surgeon who met with me multiple times prior to surgery, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made me feel informed and safe. When it comes to surgery, communication, transparency, and respect are essential. Unfortunately, this office did not provide that experience.

I had an amazing experience from checking in to completing my service treatment. The ambiance was relaxing and the service was on point from start to finish. The manager, Andrea, was very helpful and provided amazing customer service. The injectors Melissa and Natalie were also very nice and explained the treatment thoroughly. I highly recommend!

Natalie is absolutely amazing!! This is the first time I felt like my injector was listening to me and had my best interest at heart. Natalie took her time and was just so kind! The results are unbelievable and I’m just so happy with them! Couldn’t recommend her enough!!

I had the best HydraFacial with Haire Rodriguez at Hochstein Medspa! She is truly amazing—so knowledgeable, professional, and gentle. She walked me through every step of the treatment and made the whole experience super relaxing. My skin was glowing immediately after and has never felt better! You can really tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I can’t wait to book my next appointment with her. Highly recommend Haire for anyone looking to treat their skin right!

Nothing but great things to say about Hochstein Medspa! The manager of the spa, Andrea, was very sweet and helpful. She was very welcoming and answered all my skincare questions. Melissa & Natalie are also great injectors, they made my sister feel so safe during her visit, walked her through all the steps, and made her feel so confident with her results!

I went for some Dysport in my forehead and frown lines. Their injector Natalie gave me amazing results. My forehead is so tight and eleven lines are gone without that heavy feeling I usually get at other places. I also appreciated how she took the time to explain everything to me prior to the treatment. She is a very knowledgeable and skilled injector. I’m very happy with my results and will definitely go back. The price was affordable too :-)

I am currently receiving treatment with her for a scar, and I have already noticed a visible improvement in my hyperpigmentation—it continues to get lighter with each visit. Liana takes the time to explain the process, makes you feel completely at ease, and approaches every treatment with such care and professionalism. The entire staff at the medspa is equally amazing.
