Luxe and Luna is by far the best spa in Nashville and I’ve been to most! Salma helped me prep for my wedding with facials, peels and lymphatic massages- my face has never looked better. I trust her opinion and expertise, and many of my friends have started seeing her. She is beyond talented and knowledgeable. I could not recommend Salma and Luxe and Luna enough.

Ive been to Luxe and Luna for facials and lymphatic drainage massages with Rachel. It’s a consistently divine experience when I always leave feeling rejuvenated. I’m a customer for life!

I came for my first facial at Luxe & Luna and it was the best. Everyone was so welcoming and the service was super relaxing. I felt very refreshed afterwards and will certainly be back for another service.

Luxe and Luna is hands down my favorite place for all things Spa related. From the customized facials to the relaxing massages to the almost pain free waxing, I go to Luxe and Luna and have never been disappointed. I have been going to Summer and Lily since before they opened this spa and I followed them because they are the best at what they do. Anyone they hire is up to their standards, so even when I can't get in to see one of them, I am always pleased with my experience. I almost hate to share this because I would love to gatekeep my little favorite spa in the nations, but mostly, I want to share this little piece of joy with everyone. You will not be disappointed at Luxe and Luna.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Nashville spa. I left this spa actually CRYING because the results were so bad. I don’t feel as though the esthetician was honest about her skillset, and what she could actually do for my brows. I wish she would’ve been transparent from the start, but she wasn’t. Salma gave me the impression that she could make a slight transformation, and I walked out looking like I never walked into this spa. Not only were my eyebrows uneven, but the tint was so cheap that it ended up coming off by the time I walked to my car to drive back home. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

I have been to Luxe and Luna for several treatments now. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing with top notch customer service. I've seen Summer, Lily, Salma, and Sydney for facials and none of them have disappointed. I have walked out feeling relaxed, with my skin refreshed and clean. I highly recommend this spa if you're looking to pamper yourself and see real results!

I hadn’t had a massage in over a year, so it was great to be back. Rachael was amazing. She delivered a strong, focused deep tissue massage and found 15–20 knots in areas I didn’t even know could get knots. She clearly knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for an excellent massage. I’m definitely coming back soon. Thanks for the awesome service.

I’ve been having my eyebrows waxed and tinted at Luxe & Luna for several years now. The space is gorgeous and the staff is very welcoming! Lily is incredibly talented and knowledgeable! Definitely check this place out!

I had one of the worst massages here today. I felt like it was done by a 4 year old. Multiple times I winced in pain, and the technique was absolutely bizarre. I’m talking, she was rubbing my elbow, kneecap, and shin bone (not the muscles besides them). I was severely disappointed in my service and will not be returning. --- After writing the initial review above, I was immediately contacted by the owner the following day. Her customer service was absolutely amazing and I appreciated that she asked thoughtful questions about my experience with the intent to improve their services moving forward. She handled the conversation with grace and kindness and went above and beyond to ensure I had the opportunity to return with a better experience. I am hopeful my next appointment is a complete 180 and at the very least, I am appreciative of the prompt and thorough response to my original review.
