I have never given anyone a review but this one is so well deserving that I just had to do it. To summerize my experience at Alinea Medical Spa has been amazing and this is all thanks to David. The way that David has cared for me since the day he did my pre-op, through my surgery, after care and post op, he made me feel like he was a family member looking after me. His kindness and patience is surpasses all expectations. He's so respectful and caring and he is just as excited for my results as I am! He deserves 10 stars for all his efforts and expertise. Alinea is great! Their space is beautiful, well decorated, and clean. Dr. Rosstin is knowledgeable and legitimately care for his patients. David is incredible and has been so helpful at every step. I had an issue with an appointment once that was frustrating, but the team was great in rectifying it, especially David. It’s a great clinic in NY and I recommend them.

Dr. Ammar is a great doctor. Very thorough with explaining procedures and goes out his way to make sure the patient is comfortable. i.e I was nervous about CO2 laser and instead of replying to my email he called me on a Saturday afternoon to walk me throw it. Dr. David as well took time during his days off to walk me through scheduled surgery. The aesthetician Jennifer is amazing as well, such a sweat heart and professional.

Dr. Rosstin did an amazing job on my surgery. He really listened to me regarding what I wanted and I am happy with my results. He’s assistants were also amazing I loved working with them. Amazing bed side manners. Definitely recommend. The whole staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Dr. R is an exceptional doctor with a perfect balance of expertise and a light-hearted bedside manner that instantly puts you at ease. He explained everything clearly, made me feel completely comfortable, and delivered results that I absolutely love. David, the assistant doctor, was amazing throughout the whole process. He is incredibly patient, soft-spoken, caring, and thorough. His gentle approach and attention to detail made every step feel safe and supported. Morgan, the coordinator, was phenomenal as well. She was knowledgeable, organized, and always patient in answering my questions. She made scheduling, preparation, and the overall process smooth and stress-free. I am beyond grateful for this team. I’ve been back to this office several times for different acne scar treatments, and every experience has been excellent. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about getting you the best results possible. My most recent treatment was PRP, and I honestly saw the biggest improvement afterward. PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) helped stimulate collagen production and repair damaged tissues all over my skin. My skin looked smoother, healthier, and my acne scars became noticeably less visible over time. I’ve tried several places where it’s either gotten worse or did no change. With Dr .Ammar and multiple sessions of several acne treatments I was able to finally see results on acne scars which had always been a severe issue for me. Dr. Ammar was amazing throughout the entire process, especially with the follow-ups and aftercare. He took the time to check in, answer any questions I had, and make sure my healing and results were progressing the right way. That level of attention and care really made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatments. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for effective acne scar treatments and exceptional patient care.

This is a mixed review. I went to Alinea Medical Spa in NYC for abdominal and flank liposuction. I had not read any reviews prior to committing to the surgery but did note it had 4.5 stars on Google reviews. Also, my girlfriend was using their NJ office, at the same time, for other procedures with no issues. First the good. I was awake and very comfortable during the entire procedure. Dr Mahmoud surely knows how to make you comfortable for this procedure. I didn’t even feel the numbing needles. I was a little sore the next day but by day two I really felt great. My abdomen looks great and has from day one. Still waiting for the flanks to look better. Also, Dr Mahmoud called me on a Sunday to check up on me. Great, right? Sent him a photo of the compression and he suggested a different apparatus. Now the not so good. I had a three week follow up scheduled. When I got there Dr Mahmoud wasn’t even in the building. He was doing surgery in another office, and nobody figured it would be a good idea to tell me. I was seen by the Assisting. He took photos, sent them to Dr Mahmoud and told me the Dr would be calling me shortly. Later that evening he texted me asking if it is ok to call me. I immediately replied “yes” but received no call. But he did call me the next day, but only after I reached out to someone in the office. We reviewed the compression, and he wanted me to switch to another apparatus because the flanks were still not what we were expecting, based on the photos. Meanwhile, I scheduled another follow up WITH Dr Mahmoud the following week. 45 minutes before that appointment I called to make sure Dr Mahmoud was in the office and they confirmed it. 25 minutes before my appointment I received a text from someone there asking if I could come a half hour after my scheduled appointment because he was running late. I noted that I was already on the subway and couldn’t change it. I arrived for my appointment. Photos were taken by an assistant. I waited in the room for an hour, finally had to get back to my office, and never saw Dr Mahmoud. One hour and thirty-eight minutes after my scheduled appointment time the office person texted me asking if I ever saw the Doctor. Funny! I was told I would get a call from her, but it never came. And the Dr never even called me. That was five days ago. So, four and a half weeks post-surgery and the surgeon has never seen me…..and we had issues with the post-surgery compression???? Very disappointing. There are MANY reviews regarding how long you may wait there for your appointment. Some say hours! I think they are so focused on making money, and quickly, that they overbook surgeries and disregard follow ups if necessary. I will follow up this review in a couple of months regarding the progress of the flanks

Im so glad i was able to choose Alinea Medical to have my procedure. Dr.kayvan Rosstin Was very professional and Made Me Feel Very Comfortable , His Assistant David Was Great , very Kind & Friendly and Answer to all my Questions . The people in the Front Desk were also very nice & pleasant and Were very helpful everytime i call and had a question they always called me back and contact the surgeon . If i can give you more than 5 starts i would Thank You Alinea Medical & Staff Richard Calderon
