Clinique des Champs Élysées

I went to Clinique des Champs Élysées for a BBL spot treatment on capillaries around my nose. The clinic is clean and professional. I was able to see a reduction in the redness and I’ll be doing another treatment to see further results.

I went in for a CO₂ laser treatment, and while I can’t wait to see the results, I wanted to share my experience so far. The office is very chic, and the staff is welcoming. I met with Colette, who was incredibly informative and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I also have an appointment in two weeks for a hydrafacial, which I’m really looking forward to.

I had a wonderful experience at Clinique des Champs-Élysées. From the moment I walked in, the front desk girls were warm, welcoming, and professional. The office itself is extremely clean and chic. PA Colette was incredible, she was so thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to explain everything in detail, set realistic expectations, and answered all of my questions, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident. I had a CoolPeel treatment done, and it was very tolerable with only minimal burning. After the treatment, my skin looked like I had a very mild sunburn but totally manageable and exactly what they prepared me for. The patient coordinator, Payton, was also amazing, she was super kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. The staff overall is genuinely welcoming and professional. I was so impressed that I’ve already booked more treatments. I’d especially recommend this clinic to anyone new to aesthetic treatments.

Botox completely wore off within one month, and the clinic offered no solution, adjustment, or attempt to work with me. The clinic itself and staff are welcoming, which makes this review hard to write. I’ve been getting Botox for years, though I do it infrequently (about once a year). It has always lasted at least 4 months. This time, I only wanted to soften two horizontal forehead lines and keep units minimal (20 units), which is why I declined higher unit recommendations. I returned for a follow-up and agreed to a small touch-up. Despite this, within one month the Botox had completely worn off, something that has never happened to me before. I reached out with photos and concerns and was asked to come in, only to be told that I “probably needed more units,” with no attempt to adjust, correct, or work with me in any way. I understand results can vary, but I was genuinely surprised by the lack of accountability or effort to resolve the situation.
