I went to Clinique des Champs Élysées for a BBL spot treatment on capillaries around my nose. The clinic is clean and professional. I was able to see a reduction in the redness and I’ll be doing another treatment to see further results.

I had such great experiences at Clinique des Champs Elysees! The clinic is beautiful, clean, and inviting. Colette is very knowledgeable and passionate about helping you achieve your skin related goals. 10/10. Highly recommend!

I went in for a CO₂ laser treatment, and while I can’t wait to see the results, I wanted to share my experience so far. The office is very chic, and the staff is welcoming. I met with Colette, who was incredibly informative and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I also have an appointment in two weeks for a hydrafacial, which I’m really looking forward to.

Great location, friendly staff, and excellent treatment and treatment options! I had the pleasure of meeting with Colette, who was extremely knowledgeable and approachable in discussing my treatment plan for acne and fine lines. I really appreciate her wholistic approach to getting my skin in better shape and am *literally and figuratively* glowing after my first session. I cannot wait to see the progress in my upcoming sessions!

I had a wonderful experience at Clinique des Champs-Élysées. From the moment I walked in, the front desk girls were warm, welcoming, and professional. The office itself is extremely clean and chic. PA Colette was incredible, she was so thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to explain everything in detail, set realistic expectations, and answered all of my questions, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident. I had a CoolPeel treatment done, and it was very tolerable with only minimal burning. After the treatment, my skin looked like I had a very mild sunburn but totally manageable and exactly what they prepared me for. The patient coordinator, Payton, was also amazing, she was super kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. The staff overall is genuinely welcoming and professional. I was so impressed that I’ve already booked more treatments. I’d especially recommend this clinic to anyone new to aesthetic treatments.

Botox completely wore off within one month, and the clinic offered no solution, adjustment, or attempt to work with me. The clinic itself and staff are welcoming, which makes this review hard to write. I’ve been getting Botox for years, though I do it infrequently (about once a year). It has always lasted at least 4 months. This time, I only wanted to soften two horizontal forehead lines and keep units minimal (20 units), which is why I declined higher unit recommendations. I returned for a follow-up and agreed to a small touch-up. Despite this, within one month the Botox had completely worn off, something that has never happened to me before. I reached out with photos and concerns and was asked to come in, only to be told that I “probably needed more units,” with no attempt to adjust, correct, or work with me in any way. I understand results can vary, but I was genuinely surprised by the lack of accountability or effort to resolve the situation.

I loved my experience at Champs Elysées and can not wait to go back for more treatments. The office is stunning and in such a great location (perfect for having a day of shopping and then getting a treatment)! The staff is all so friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. Collette who did my Botox was great, she made sure to go over everything with me so that she knew exactly what I wanted. She also took the time to speak with me about other treatments that I was interested and how we could make a treatment plan to prevent any further aging. I will definitely be back!

This was my second microneedling here and I thought Angelina was amazing. She was very thorough and methodical compared to my first time and she made this uncomfortable treatment relaxing. She finished with a mask and red light therapy to help the healing. I would go back for her again. The front desk girls are always warm and friendly and it is very comfortable. The rooms and hallway are minimalistic and sterile but very clean. This is also located in a great location for shopping : )

The entire staff is totally professional—so focused on the client. The facility is spotless! I can’t say enough about my experience. I would give Colette ( the PA) 100 STARS for her precise work!!! No pain, no bruises, no redness. Her assistant , Lana is equally kind and professional. I can’t praise them enough!!!

I had such a great experience at Clinique! The environment is clean and the staff is so welcoming. They answered any questions or concerns I had and made my experience very comfortable. Colette, who did my lip filler, was great and listened to what results I wanted and delivered exactly that! I will be coming back to get botox in my masseters, 10/10 experience!
