Dr Quintana, I'd like to extend my sincere "Thank you" to your office staff. On Monday, I desperately needed to be seen for a rash on my face & eyes. As luck would have it, you were out of the office, at a conference for a few days. I was very uncomfortable, frustrated & upset, when I hung up the phone. I was speaking to Amal. She sensed my desperation, & took it upon herself to call me back, to solve the issue. She set me up with an RN via a remote conversation, I was able to send pics, she had the opportunity to consult with you & get back to me with several options of treatment. I believe I'm on the road to recovery!! I can't tell you how much that meant to me. It is a wonderful culture, that you have developed with your Staff. One that is KIND, PROFESSIONAL & CARING.
