Dr. Quintana is a thorough professional, but in addition to those skills, she also has a great rapport with her patients. She is direct, honest, clear and caring. I have recommended her to a number of people and will continue to do so. You never wait more than a minute or two for your appointment, the office is sparkling clean and new, and the location and hours are super convenient.

Dr. Quintana is great. She is always patient with my questions and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. The rest of the staff is pleasant and helpful. My appointments are always quick, but never feel rushed. I'm confident I've been taken care of properly each time I go here.

Dr Quintana, I'd like to extend my sincere "Thank you" to your office staff. On Monday, I desperately needed to be seen for a rash on my face & eyes. As luck would have it, you were out of the office, at a conference for a few days. I was very uncomfortable, frustrated & upset, when I hung up the phone. I was speaking to Amal. She sensed my desperation, & took it upon herself to call me back, to solve the issue. She set me up with an RN via a remote conversation, I was able to send pics, she had the opportunity to consult with you & get back to me with several options of treatment. I believe I'm on the road to recovery!! I can't tell you how much that meant to me. It is a wonderful culture, that you have developed with your Staff. One that is KIND, PROFESSIONAL & CARING. From making the appointment to the day of the actual appointment you can tell that Laser & Mohs values their patients. Customer service was outstanding and the office is very beautiful. You can tell that they take their Covid precautions seriously. Dr. Quintana was very knowledgeable and thorough. She talked me through what she thought I needed and even what I did not need during the cosmetic consultation. I decided to do the micro needling treatment and with only one session I saw amazing results. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to Dr. Quintana from now on!

I went to Dr. Quintana to treat hair loss and acne. During the appointment, she was very kind and understanding, which I appreciated. She recommended a few creams and acids, told me to come back in a month to treat the hair loss, and I spent about $200 on the skin products. When I asked if there was an alternative that my insurance would cover, I was told there wasn’t any. However, a week after purchasing the creams, my insurance reached out to inform me that there were actually similar alternatives that would have been covered. Two days after starting the treatments, I developed an allergic reaction—my face became red, peeling, and extremely itchy. I reached out via their chat, sent pictures of my condition, and was told the doctor would send a new cream (which I was charged for). I was also advised to stop applying the original creams. Unfortunately, the new cream provided no relief and caused a breakout of pimples instead. When I shared my concerns, I was told the problem was on me for applying too much of the creams. However, I had been very clear during the appointment that I had never used acids before, and I followed the exact guidelines she provided. I didn't appreciate the blaming. What surprised me the most is that there was no follow-up to check on how I was doing. It’s been over a month, and I still can’t expose my face to the sun because it becomes extremely red and sensitive. While Dr. Quintana was kind during the appointment, the lack of follow-up, the continued worsening of my skin, and the fact that I wasn’t informed of insurance-covered alternatives have made this a very disappointing experience.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Quintana. The staff there from the receptionists at the front desk to Maria (Dr. Quintana's assistant) to the Doctor herself were warm & very welcoming. Dr. Quintana was very thorough and she explained in detail as to how to treat & hopefully 'fix what ails me'. I would Definitely Recommend anyone to go to see her. They made a followup visit for me right on the spot!!! The office, rest room and the exam rooms are immaculate and to me that shows me the class of the people inside. Thank you ALL for making me comfortable.

Dr. Quintana is amazing! By far the best dermatologist in the city. I have been seeing her for at least 4-5 years. She is very efficient as is her staff. I have been for a number of routine matters as well as more extensive matters and she has always taken the time to hear my concerns and challenges while also thoroughly explaining the approach and solution. Her bedside manner is just the right mix of empathy and professionalism. Her hours are also very accommodating. I recommend her to everyone I know for anything dermatology related.

Dr. Quintana and her staff are wonderful. The scheduling is efficient. If you’re on time, they’re on time. Dr. Quintana’s confidence and warmth made me feel so at ease. I will continue to visit her for all my Dermatological needs. Don’t hesitate.

I’ve been coming to Laser & Mohs Surgery for YEARS and have always had such a positive experience. Dr. Quintana is professional, efficient, thorough, and clearly an expert in her field. She’s helped me address every concern I’ve had over time, including completely clearing up my acne and catching a precancerous mole early. I also always appreciate Nurse Luci, she goes above and beyond with patient care. She’s warm, very knowledgeable, and makes me feel at ease. I truly trust the care I receive here and highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dermatology services!

Adelle Quintana is great! I've been going to her for several years now, and I never feel rushed, she is always willing to answer all my questions (does not get frustrated like other doctors when you ask them anything). Her staff is always friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend her.
